MOS Burger

This outlet was strangely empty during weekend dinner time. Upon stepping in, it quickly became clear why: the place was very warm and stuffy. A portable aircon unit could be seen at a corner but it wasn't effective in lowering the temperature. The food provided the next hints on the dearth of customers--I ordered a teriyaki beef burger and got served the most saucy version I've ever seen. The burger was drenched in so much sauce that, by the time I finished it, there was probably enough sauce left to go make another burger 🤷‍♂️. Made me wonder if the dude who made this was poached from Ramly Burger. Fries were lukewarm and the staff were also stingy on the chilli sauce packets.

The place never seems to be open on time. It says in the google map and on the sighn that it opens at 10am it was already 10:14 and the store was still closed.

Combo set is fixed, cannot change anything at all, not even the drink. Only have paper bag, refused to give plastic bag. Paper bag did not have handles. It was difficult and slippery to carry and constantly felt like I was doing a delicate balancing act else I'll spill the food all over the floor. Just plain ridiculous.

Ordered Grab few times from Mos Burger Tai Seng. Despite consistent asking for more chilli sauce, they would either give 1 or 2 packets and this time gave 0 packets. Totally inconsiderate! Bad service.

Your Chilli sauce & Ketchup make of gold ? give 1-2 packet for a delivery order with 4 burgers and 3 sides?

Why cannot cater to customer special request of no onion/ mustard? Super lousy service

Female staff on duty 27 march evening is extremely horrible . Shouted at me just because i have difficulty paying using atm card. If i know will i be asking for help.?? Please retrain your staff politeness as this is a lack of courtesy.

Waited 30minutes at the shop for 1 burger at 1pm. Many of the customers were also waiting. There are around 3 staff members in the shop but they seem to be struggling with volume. Would not recommend unless you fancy spending your entire lunch break standing around.
