McDonald's West Coast Park

I placed my order on 6.55am, waited for table service as I am alone. 7.10am no order yet so I went to the collection counter and saw my food unattended (I saw tent 66 ticket on the tray). I even held the back of my hand on the burger to test the temperature. After no action for 5 minutes, I approached the staff and asked if the food can be served. She says only the potato pops were just cooked. I even asked her if the food is cold she insisted it’s ok. I consumed the meal. Muffin was room temperature, potatoes pops were soggy and drink was diluted from melted ice. Not a good experience to see my order sitting on the counter unattended to.

A fantastic McDonald’s outlet that blends fast food with nature. Located right inside West Coast Park, this branch of McDonald’s is a great rest stop after spending time walking, cycling, or enjoying the playgrounds in the park What makes this outlet special is the mix of indoor air-conditioned seating and spacious outdoor dining areas surrounded by greenery. Sitting outside feels almost like dining in a garden — it’s common to spot birds and even squirrels wandering nearby, which adds to the relaxed park atmosphere The restaurant itself is modern and well maintained, with plenty of seating and self-ordering kiosks. The outdoor pavilion seating is especially nice if you want to enjoy the breeze and shade from the surrounding trees Do note that weekends can get quite crowded, as many park visitors stop by here for a drink, ice cream, or meal after their activities. Despite the crowds, the atmosphere remains lively and family-friendly

It is just another McDonalds @West Coast Park 1. A drive through. 2. Seaparte toilets for males and females. 3. Six touchscreen ordering kiosks. 4. High chairs facing outdoors. 5. Few baby chairs. 6. Two sauce dispensers. 7. USB charging points are worn out / do not work. 8. It gets really crowded during weekends. 9. Ample parking outside. 10. Open air seating avaialble. 11. Not wheelchair friendly entrance from parking.

This place is a bloody disappointment. I live 5 mins away and during heavy rain i ordered the food online. Food always comes very cold. And recently prices have increased for large fries and the takeaway quantity is appalling. This was what I got yesterday. Imagine paying for meals more than $12 and getting such quantity!?

McDonald recently released a new Sweet BBQ McSpicy with Egg and Cheese. Not a guy to usually eat Mac’s but I gotta say as a long time McSpicy lover this new burger really topped it for me and I’ve had it twice in the last two days. Kid you not this is damn good

I am glad that I managed to get the Grimace plushie from this McDonalds because it is out of stock at most McDonald's nearby where I was at. The grimace plushie is so cute! Oh, and it was my first time eating the smoky beef burger - it was really really good! Currently my favourite burger besides cheese burger! I will buy the smoky beef burger again!

Feedback to the Indian guy at front counter that my order number is still under “preparing” status for more than 30mins. He didn’t bother to check and just reply “too much order at the moment”. There’s only a few people waiting at the counter. After I reached home, corn and chilli source are missing. Mcspicy w cheese is without cheese. One of the worst services u get for food

McDonalds, your queuing system has been terribly broken for the longest time. When are you going to do something that works?
