I received my bread about 20 minutes after placing my order. Around the 10-minute mark, I checked with the staff and was told to wait. After another 10 minutes, the wrong bread was served, and it took an additional 2–3 minutes before I finally received the correct one. Unfortunately, by that time, I had already finished my tea and eggs, which affected my overall dining experience. I also noticed that a customer who placed their order when I received my bread had already been served their bread by the time I finished eating mine.

Staff is very lovely but queue is too long during peak hours n every day only one staff at the counter. Seriously? The other girl should not go for break until 2pm? Update 07 Nov 2025 : She always seems to be on break from 12pm to 1pm when we need 2 people to be on duty. The poor Indian guy had 20 grab orders n 3 office staff who ordered more than 10 orders in front of us. We were waiting and waiting n many people left the queue.

Teh C by Zhi Hao is well done! When he is the one making, i always order big one. It is a pity that others dont make it as good as him.

This is all you get with S$7.5. A cup of warm water is $0.4, ice is $0.8, no straw, self service. All you get is an Aircon seat, which is far from comfortable. I guess this is another MBA run business.

Nice spot for a quick tea break with comfortable surroundings.

Great toast box, getting expensive.
