Shake Shack offers a decent burger with good quality ingredients and consistent flavor, making it a reliable choice if you’re craving a classic fast-casual meal. The place is usually pretty clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience. However, it does lean toward the higher end in terms of pricing compared to similar options. During peak hours, it can get quite crowded, and finding a seat may be a challenge. Overall, it’s solid, but not always the best value for the wait and price.

Tried Shake Shack at Jewel Changi Airport and it absolutely hit the spot. The Shroom Burger was rich, crispy, and indulgent. The golden fried portobello mushroom was generously stuffed with melted cheese that oozed with every bite. It was savoury, earthy, and sooo good. The Double ShackBurger was a solid classic done right. Juicy beef patties, perfectly melted cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato, all tied together with Shake Shack’s signature sauce in a soft, buttery bun. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what you want from a proper burger. The cheese fries were dangerously addictive. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and smothered in warm, creamy cheese sauce. Comfort food at its finest and the perfect side to share, or not. Overall, a really satisfying meal with generous portions and consistently good quality

A must-visit spot every time I’m in Singapore. Since we came around 10 a.m., they were still serving their breakfast menu, which is different from the regular one. We tried two breakfast-only burgers and one cheese hotdog. The burgers were great as expected, but the real star of the meal was the cheese hotdog. The cheese sauce was generous, perfectly melted, not overly salty, yet full of rich cheesy flavor. Paired with a soft bun and a crispy, savory sausage, every bite was absolutely amazing. In my opinion, the hotdog here is a total hidden gem and 100% worth trying.

Tried their burgers before leaving Singapore. Definitely recommend the pandan shake and shack attack ,they are delicious and my children loved them. The chicken burger I order was so juicy and hot as well. A good place to have my last meal before ending my holiday trip in Singapore.

One of my go to place for good burgers. You can feel a delightful and flavorful American burger experience. If one were to compare Shake Shack with other fast food establishments, it would generally be considered to be on the more expensive side but the consistent quality of the food can be expected. This is a self service restaurant which you can get an electronic device once you ordered your food. You can collect once the electronic device sounds. This time i ordered a chicken shack burger, fries and iced tea. The burger as usual had great taste, crispy amd yet tender chicken thigh meat inside with the special bun. The only downside is that the shake shack restaurant at Jewel will be quite crowded and waiting times maybe a bit longer.

Love my all time favourite, the SmokeShack burger. The cherry peppers are a great match to the juicy beef patty. The sourness cut through the greasiness and enhance the appetite perfectly. The New York Steakhouse is delicious too, especially with the sautéed portobello mushrooms. It adds a rich, earthy flavour. Also love their Shroom Burger. The fried portobello mushroom is crisp on the outside and melts beautifully with the cheese and sauce inside. Tried the Singapore exclusive Pandan Shake for the first time. It is rich, creamy, and tastes more like a dessert than a drink.

Food was good, except that a staff needs customer service training terribly. This incident took place on 3 June at approx 12:50pm. Upon finishing my meal, I promptly proceeded to empty my tray into the trash can that was fitted with a top swing lid. Out of nowhere, the staff (a lady in her 50s or 60s) chided me for not emptying the tray “the right way”. According to her, I should have emptied the tray contents via the other half of the lid, closer to the wall. Not the half that was closer to me. Unimpressed by her unsolicited comment, I responded saying Shake shack should stick a sign on the lid if you guys want customers to dispose trash the “Shake shack way”. It’s a swing lid that swings BOTH ways. Unhappy with my rebuttal, she responded, “why is there a need for a sign? This is common sense.” If it is indeed common sense, why even have a swing lid in the first place? Just leave the customer with no choice - keep it open top for all. I applaud this particular auntie for successfully crawling under my skin.

First time trying this burger brand after hearing so much about it and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Shroom burger and wow, it was super juicy and meaty because of that amazing portobello mushroom in crispy batter. Partner had the Shake burger without the veg and it was decent but not mind blowing from other burgers that I have tried in my eating career.
