Sick of eating Chinese food every day in Singapore? Hey, I get it. Sometimes you just want a burger. This place is a pretty spacious fast food restaurant, with plenty of tables for two or four. It’s nicely decorated, clean, and honestly, a comfortable place to take a break. But here’s the thing. You don’t really get to talk to the staff. You just walk up to the kiosk and place your order. I know. That’s just how things work these days. It’s normal. It’s convenient. But sometimes I miss the old days when you could have a quick, casual conversation with the person behind the counter. Maybe even make eye contact and say thank you. The kiosk was a little confusing at first, but I figured it out. No big deal. The staff kept the restaurant clean and regularly came around to tidy things up. And the burger? Pretty good. So if you’re tired of eating Chinese food and want something simple, familiar, and easy, this could be a good place to stop. Grab a burger. Take a seat. And enjoy.

First time eating shake shack... decided to try it at jewel outlet...shake shack is a fast food place... everyone knows there r lots of different fast foods...shake shack is 1 of it...I was really looking forward to trying this shake shack fast food place for quite some time as I have tried lots of different fast food places but shake shack have not tried before...I ordered spicy burger chicken thigh meal... Fries 🍟 changed to 6pcs onion 🧅 rings n drink I chose fanta grape🍇 small cup... Total I paid $23.20...compared to other fast food places like McDonalds n burgerking I felt shake shack is more expensive for a burger meal...the spicy chicken thigh burger was v tasty... I have tried the spicy chicken burger 🍔 at burger king n McDonalds but I felt here at shake shack is the best...👍 For the onion rings 4pcs ok but another 2 not ok... sticking together moreover v salty 🧂 White bits can b seen to the sticking onion rings which I guess is the salt as when I unstick the onion rings n tasted it v salty due to the white bits on the onion rings(salt) I was being charged $7.20 for the onion rings 😱 n I was served like that??? Not happy about it...☹️ I wanted to show it to the staffs n ask y m I being served like this??? But I stopped myself...as I have many many times at different restaurants show evidence but still I would b the 1 who will b humiliated... But I would want to let everyone know what how I was being served my onion rings so m posting the photo... Atmosphere I was not that happy about it... V beautiful fastfood place...but the dining area table I have to clean the table w my tissue before sitting down... For chilli sauce, tissues,straw all self service... Cash payment should order at counter... But the staff who took my order she was v nice towards me...I was taking my time to think of what I want to order as this is my first time at shake shack but she was willing to wait for me to make my decision...she was not rude towards me...good service by her...👍 Overall food I give 5 stars for the spicy chicken thigh burger...but 1 star for the onion rings n 5 stars for the drink... I give 3 stars for food...as onion rings is 1 star... Service I I give 5 stars for the nice lady who took my order... But 1 star for the kitchen side staffs for serving me my onion rings in this way... I give 3 stars...as for the service for the kitchen side 1 star... Atmosphere 5 stars for the beautiful restaurant...but 1 star for not clean table... I give 3 stars as table not cleaned... Overall 3 stars... Ok good...but could have done so much better...as the onion rings should not b served in this way to a customer... Staffs should not only b focused on serving customers... cleanliness of the restaurant should b taken care of too... Customers r coming here to dine in...we expect clean dining area...I come to this restaurant I pay for the food n drink...but no clean dining area...food not served properly...then how it is fair for me that I paid $23.20 to eat here??? Seriously only want my money??? But at least now I know what is shake shack bec I tried it...I have tried so many different fast foods...n now I have tried shake shack too...

Great place to grab a meal at Changi Airport. The food was fresh and tasty, and the burgers and fries were really satisfying. What I enjoyed most was the very nice view, which makes the whole dining experience more relaxing. Service was friendly, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable. A good spot to sit down, enjoy some food, and relax before a flight. Would definitely come back again.

You order using the screen at the front of the store. If you're eating in, there's a pager where you enter your number before ordering. It's best to secure a seat before ordering. It's crowded, but the upper floors (up the stairs) are relatively less busy. The hamburger was meaty and delicious. Ketchup, chili sauce, and Tabasco are available in the common area, so you can add them there or take small cups back to your seat. It's great that they have beer on the menu.

The Burger was fantastic, and delicious Beef I tried the coffee ice blended which was great

After sending our helper off at the airport, my SO and I decided to take a short break at Shake Shack in Jewel Changi Airport. A little rest was definitely needed after the emotional goodbye ✈️ We ordered a few snacks and drinks: • Parmesan Garlic Fries • Matcha Strawberry Yuzu Shake • Iced Americano The Matcha Strawberry Yuzu Shake was really interesting — basically a creamy milkshake blended with matcha, strawberry, and a hint of yuzu. Smooth, refreshing, and quite unique in flavour. The Parmesan Garlic Fries were also very enjoyable, coated with parmesan and a fragrant garlic taste that made them quite addictive. A simple break with comforting snacks before heading home.
