Burger King (Waterway Point)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Shah at Burger King Waterway Point! I would like to give a special shout-out to Shah for his kindness and excellent service today. I was ordering my $3 burger using my Trust card, and the lady in front of me, Regina, had forgotten to bring hers. Shah was very patient and helpful throughout the ordering process. He assisted us and made it possible for me to pay for Regina’s burger together with my order. What really stood out was his willingness to help and his kind attitude, even though it was a simple situation. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. Kudos to Shah! I hope Burger King management will recognise and appreciate his great customer service. He definitely deserves the compliment. 👏🏻❤️

Always a nice experience dining here. Ms Chian was very warm and friendly. Mr Salman was very helpful and proactive. Thank you!

The staff member, Juliana, was not welcoming. She gave me an unfriendly look, was using her phone while serving, and didn’t smile or greet customers. When I said “Hi,” she didn’t respond and simply took my card without saying anything. The drink was also not prepared properly. it was very watery and tasted poorly made. You can clearly see from the attached photo ( one of the drink) how watery the drink is. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience due to both the poor customer service and the quality of the drink.

Had lunch at this branch because I really wanted the Star Wars collab toy and felt so happy to get it. The food was great, the environment was nice, and they also have a quiet area beside the pickup counter.

Excellent customer service for breakfast time. Tried ordering food this morning however cant pay up using nets qr code. The staff was sweet to provide an alternative check and reordered the food via counter for me and pay up in cash. She reminded me of what customer service job should be 🙂 Thank you ms ! We had a good breakfast meal today!

Delicious burger as always but onion rings were slightly over fried this time. Visited 9plus pm and seems under staffed but still able to churn out each order within 10mins.

Dirty tables and seats. Waited more than 30mins for my order. Kitchen crew were just milling around looking clueless. Cashier was rude
