This place has been my favourite go-to whenever I’m craving mookata! I grew up near the Thailand border and have been eating mookata since I was young, so I’m quite particular about the taste. It’s honestly not easy to find authentic Thai mookata in Singapore at an affordable price, especially when most buffets can be quite expensive. Then I found this little hidden gem near me! The couple here is super friendly, and the lady boss is originally from Thailand, so you can really taste the authentic Thai flavours (I always go for meat platter and the sauce is ooh la la) Whenever I miss home, this is where I come for my mookata fix. It’s also located in a spacious food court in a factory/industrial area, so on most weekday nights, it’s pretty quiet with not many customers, which I actually really enjoy! It’s also nice and airy, so you can enjoy your mookata without feeling too crowded or stuffy. Definitely one of my favourite hidden gems for authentic, affordable and comforting mookata! ❤️❤️

Worst Mookata I've ever had. All meats were just marinated in fish sauce and simply one dimensional. Staff don't really care about you and were impatient when you order. Owner seems to be more interested in having beer with his friends in the adjacent table. I'm not sure how it got such high ratings, (suspect they requested google to delete low ones), but they probably deserve a 2 or less. Prices are decent I'd give them that, but for the way that they prepare their food(i.e. just marinating in fish sauce), any super market's meat would wins hands down anyhow. Mooping just tasted like reheated frozen sticks. I do not see the chef's pride in their work at all. Chilli was incredibly sour, probably to mask the low quality meat. Understandable, but have to call it out anyhow. If you want authentic Thai flavors, avoid this place. If you want BBQ flavors, avoid this place. If you want subpar cheap cuts of meat without having to do any clean up, by all means, please visit this place. You'd still be disappointed anyhow.

Situated in a coffee chop in the middle of an industrial area. Really nice mookata, the soup base is filled with corn taste not like your typical diluted soup. The meat are all marinated gao gao and serving are just nice. The only thing is that you will need to order a minimum of $28 worth of food, minus rice and noodles. Service was really prompt and good too!

Amazing service, delicious food and great value. Highly recommend the garlic platter if you love garlic (boss also helped us swap the grill when it got chaoda, so it was a worry free dinner). They told us that the kopitiam will be under renovation between 20 Jan to 28 Feb, and the lovely Thai lady gave us a happy new year gift! Looking forward to coming back.
