Phuket Town Mookata

First time trying Phuket Town 340 after seeing so many positive reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. It was well worth the trip. We came as a group of 12, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Mookata experience. The ingredients were fresh, the meat was well marinated, the seafood was fresh, and there was a great variety to choose from. The soup was rich and flavourful, making it the perfect complement to the barbecue. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile by helping us arrange additional tables and chairs so our large group could sit together comfortably. Throughout the meal, they were quick to clear empty plates and make sure we had everything we needed. As a lovely surprise, we were treated to complimentary watermelon slushie at the end of the meal. They were refreshing, delicious, and a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience with quality food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Phuket Town 340 for anyone looking for an authentic Mookata experience, whether you're dining with family, friends, or a large group. We'll definitely be back!

We’ve been coming to Phuket Town Mookata for a long time, and it’s easily one of our favourite mookata spots! Apologies for the unglam photo—I couldn’t wait to dig in. 😄 The highlight for us is definitely their homemade chilli. It’s incredibly addictive and goes perfectly with everything. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous, and the quality has always been consistent. What makes the experience even better is the excellent service. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They even serve a refreshing cup of watermelon juice after every meal, which is such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end the dining experience. If you’re looking for delicious, affordable mookata with amazing homemade chilli and great hospitality, Phuket Town Mookata is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Early dinner 19th June 2026 around 5pm. First time trying this mookata as suggested by gf. Ordered some of their chicken, pork and beef, vege, enoki mushrooms, meatballs and mama noodles to share for two persons. Signed up member with mobile number and got $2 discount voucher and used CDC vouchers to pay. Still got 10% rebate. Overall damage around $36 before deduction of the $2 signed up voucher and the 10% rebate. Meats were good. Sesame chicken was so-so. Prawns were fresh. The coffeeshop needs a little cleaning as the ceiling was dirty. Was offered free dessert (watermelon with lime ice) after the meal. They also provided different kinds of Chilli and would recommend the sour spicy one as it opened up our appetite. You got to use mobile to order through the QR code on the table and made payment at the cashier before the food was to be served. The place was slightly warm. Verdict: 4.2/5 for the food.

Value for money ala-carte mookata. Quality of the ingredients are good. Marinated meats taste good too. Seafood (prawns) was very fresh and still QQ crunchy when cooked even though they said it’s frozen. $80+ to feed a family until full full of 7 is really good value. Thanks for the 2 servings of free prawn paste which tasted really good, elderly loved it coz easy to chew. Also thanks for the exceptional service from Fionn who also gave my son free ice cream coz it was his birthday! The after meal watermelon slushie shot was also a nice touch!
