Ordered the New York New York and was surprised by how huge the portion was! One thing I really liked was that the menu includes an estimated calorie count, making it easier if you’re keeping track of your intake. The sauces were a standout too. I tried the Yogurt Mint sauce and it was surprisingly delicious while being very low in calories. It added a refreshing flavour that paired really well with the bowl. The only downside was the wait. Even though there were only four people in front of us, it still took around 20 minutes before we got our food. It was also quite difficult to find a seat as the shop has very limited seating. Despite that, the generous portions and tasty food made it worth trying.

I’m so disappointed in this place, and I was very much looking forward to my caesar salad wrap for lunch. I ordered a caesar salad wrap with whole wheat tortilla. They were out of croutons and asked if i wanted to replace it with tortilla chips. I said no. My wrap comes out with absolutely no dressing, salad was dry, and i didn’t taste any dressing either. I go back to let them know there was no dressing, and they proceed to tell me that they did put dressing on (which i still don’t believe, i didn’t even see them put dressing into my specific wrap). Nevertheless, they ask if i want dressing on the side or a new wrap. I ask for a new wrap. While making my new wrap and adding dressing to it, the worker calls me over and asks “Is this enough dressing now?”. It was passive and unnecessary and I did not appreciate that. I get my new wrap and this time it has dressing in it. BUT it also has tortilla chips in it - which i explicitly said no to. At this point I didn’t want to go back for a third time and just accepted it. The taste of the wrap itself was very mid - honestly so much worse with the tortilla chips i really didn’t like that. It took over the whole flavor profile and they ended up being super soggy in the dressing. The wrap was also just falling apart and soggy as I was eating it, ruining the whole experience. Because this time they added TOO much dressing as they didn’t believe when I said there was no dressing in the first one. Overall I just don’t appreciate the service, attitude, gaslighting, and lack of attentiveness. Will not be coming back. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Went because it went viral online but no wait (went a little early around 11:30 on Friday). The food was soo good got the Taj Mahal wrap and tandoori chicken quesadilla. The portions are HUGE (Maine wrap) and it’s really nice they mix it all up in a bowl before wrapping to it’s all mixed up. Also love that they have nutritional information on the menu. Hope they open more branches and personally prefer it then stuff’d, Only small thing to not is seating is limited especially if your in a big group it’s mainly solo seating

It’s a good healthy option. I like that the calories are all stated on the menu, including each individual wrap’s calories. Portion is huge too which can help keep you fuller for lesser calories. Would love to have it more often but the thought of having to wait so long is quite sian. There was only 5 ppl infront of me but I waited for about 20 mins? So it would really do good if they can improve their operations and service. Eg there was only one person tossing the salad and toasting the wraps at the same time. So in the end even though there are two toasters it looks like she only had time to use one? (I may be wrong) Thought that the other staff could help to at least toss the salad first, and that could alrdy settle the orders that are not wraps and clear the line.

The food is good and healthy. The wait however... At dinner time be prepared to queue 30 mins just to place your order and pay. The operations are too labour intensive and slow to scale. Pity for such a good concept. Do not buy if you can't wait. I watched the staff be confused over their own POS and order sequence, leading to more confusion for the customer that collected their order before me. Boss please take note and help your ops team. Don't let a good concept be held back by ops. Will likely not visit again until there is a reasonable improvement in service time

Hello Simply Wrapps Team, We would like to share our experience during our visit today. We placed our order at approximately 7:45pm when there was no queue, but unfortunately the preparation time was exceptionally long. The staff appeared unsure of the order requirements and initially added the wrong ingredients to the bowl, resulting in the meal needing to be remade and food wastage. In addition, the preparation process seemed disorganised, as several ingredient containers had to be repeatedly taken out from the fridge to complete the order. We also noticed that our request for no sauce in the wrap was not followed. Overall, the service felt slow and lacking in attentiveness, and there appeared to be difficulties in handling customer requests accurately. The cleanliness of the outlet could also be improved, as the tables were not properly cleaned and there was visible rubbish on the floor. While we appreciate the variety of healthy food options offered, the overall service experience was disappointing. We hope to see improvements in service standards moving forward. Thank you.

Ordered the Nana Wrap and found it quite bland — the wrap skin itself was nice as it is thin and crispy , but the ingredients inside didn’t feel very fresh. Not really nice. Portion size was very big though. Service was also quite slow and disorganised. There’s no queue or number system, so the staff just called out “Nana Wrap” for collection. If multiple people ordered the same item, it becomes confusing to know whose order it is. The teriyaki chicken bowl tasted decent, but honestly not worth the price. There are better Daily Bowl at a similar price point with tastier and more flavourful ingredients. Overall, the ingredients here felt quite basic.

i love that they chop ALL the salad ingredients into bite sized pieces!! so much more convenient and enjoyable to eat (esp lettuce - i alw struggle fitting the giant leaves with hard stems into my mouth) ingredients r rly rly clean - little to no seasoning / oil for the veg toppings. as such recommend adding toppings w natural sweet flavours like tomatos and bell peppers and mango! skip the mushrooms which r a lil bland. pumpkin was also weirdly not sweet and too hard/undercooked for my liking $10.50 for bowl w 6 toppings and $2.70 for protein i think definitely suitable for clean eaters. good amt of volume to keep u satiated too
