Kebabs Faktory (Sengkang)

The burrito was very disappointing. It was flat and loosely filled, with a lot of folded tortilla and very little filling. The ingredients were unevenly distributed, so some bites were mostly tortilla while the rice was all packed on one side. The rice was also mushy, wet, and bland, with no texture or flavour. It was a disaster to bite this burrito. Overall, it did not feel like a properly made burrito. The staff also seemed unsure of how to assemble it properly, which may explain the poor quality. Avoid it if you’re a burrito lover.

I tried this outlet for the first time today and, honestly, the experience wasn’t great for me. I ordered the Chicken Burrito and the Habibi Baby Chicken Bowl. I forgot to take a picture of the burrito after eating it, but I did take one of the bowl. Taste-wise, it was okay, and the bowl looked full at first glance. But most of it was veggies and sauce. The actual protein—the chicken—was very little. I noticed the staff member serving the chicken was giving very small portions, and that really affected the overall value of the meal. For the price, I expected a more balanced portion, especially of the chicken. Because of this, I personally prefer other outlets over this one. I’m still thankful I tried it, but I wouldn’t choose this particular branch again.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed. I had high expectations for the Kunafa, but it turned out to be absolutely terrible. I waited around 20–25 minutes and paid over $11 for something that was completely spoiled — the cream smelled sour, tasted like yogurt, and the Kunafa itself was soggy and had no flavor at all. What makes it worse is that it’s my wedding anniversary, and I even asked one of the staff for a recommendation. I feel totally let down and honestly cheated. This was supposed to be something special, and instead, it’s ruined the experience. I just hope I don’t fall sick after eating it.

very poor customer service. one time i came and the staff was eating her meal in the service area with her back turned towards us. i was told by the elder woman to come back after 20 minutes. she seemed very annoyed when i came back after 20 minutes as instructed and was very rude i decided to give this place another chance as the food was not much and the vegetarian options are unique. however, my experience was even more disappointing. i stood in front of the cashier for over 5 minutes while the elder woman and a young man were preparing food. she was busy walking around and packed other customers’ food and delivery orders right in front of me, ignoring me and avoiding my eyes the whole time. after waiting for more than 5 minutes, i asked if she could take my order. she said in a very rude and annoyed tone ‘i will ask u to come up and order’. and i replied ‘so you just want me to stand here and wait for you to finish all your orders?’ to which she said yes. the young man, to his credit, offered to take my order but i thought that her service was ridiculous; i would be okay with waiting, as the food is good, but her service was abysmal and i decided not to order from here anymore. they were trying to ignore me the whole time while i waited. for a kiosk food stall, maybe due to their incompetence, the service was too slow. additionally, for all the 3 times that i have ordered, I have not been given a receipt seems like other people have also had bad experiences with her service, but it has not improved at all. hope management can help improve her attitude because you will be losing a lot of customers due to her.

Quite disappointed by the false advertising menu. Paid for the “Cheesy Loaded Fries” for $6.90, expecting it to be as shown in the image in the menu, with the cheese, the MEAT and the mayonnaise loaded on top. However, the item was not it at all. Turns out the meat is an add on and it’s just a bowl of fries “loaded” with CHEESE ONLY. Please make it more clear in the menu that you’re selling a bowl of just cheese fries and that the chicken is an add on. I would not have purchased it otherwise. Taste wise, not bad. Not great either.

first time trying so good i returned to buy it again to confirm how tasty it is! 😋 much tastier chicken and very well made with care over the counter upon order! never in haste! Amir & Mariam you have been so kind & patient with this first time customer at Kebabs Faktory. Personally feel the chicken is of better quality with a better marinate than the common known Stuff’d. can’t choose your sauces but what they spread on the Shawarma compliments it so well!

My first time trying Kebabs Factory and was told to order via the self-service kiosk. The store assistant kindly inform that should I want the food to spicy can just let him know which is amazing!

First time trying at this outlet. The food was great and tasty. We bought Shawarma - Lamb and Pulled Jackfruit, Hummus & Pita and Nacho with Guacamole plus Drinks. The manager, Mariam was very friendly and smiley, very good working attitude. Was also given a loyalty card to accumulate stamps.
