Ordered ghee thosai today with few other orders. The ghee thosai is completely burnt and crispy, there’s no soft texture at all. We have been having this issue and also our orders are always incomplete. Such an unpleasant & unprofessional in work. I don’t think we will be buying from you again anymore because this mistakes have been repeating everytime. I would appreciate if your store manager could do something about the issue.

Visited this place on a weekend morning and honestly, I’m appalled by the experience. You’d think an empty restaurant would mean quick service, but despite there being only two other tables filled, the experience was a disaster. It took almost 20 minutes just for my drink (an overly sweet Teh Tarik which was honestly mediocre at best) to be served. After waiting 45 minutes for food that never came, I finally gave up and decided to leave. I spoke to the staff and found out they were severely shorthanded as there were only two people running the entire floor, and they were completely overwhelmed by a non-stop flood of delivery orders. I don't blame the two poor staff as they were clearly doing their best while being overwhelmed. This falls squarely on the management. If you know you're popular on delivery platforms, you need to either add more manpower on weekends or find a way to regulate the order flow. It’s not fair to let walk-in customers sit at a table for nearly an hour while delivery bags fly out the door. At the very least, inform customers of the wait time before they sit down. I paid for my drinks and walked over to the coffeeshop nearby (1036 Live Seafood near the open carpark). I ordered one egg and one plain prata from the Indian Muslim stall, and it was served piping hot within 2 minutes for a grand total of $3. Fast, efficient, and actually valued my time. I will never visit Mr Uncle ever again.

I used to look forward to eating here because their Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah was truly one of the best around. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, the sambal had the right balance of sweet and spicy, and the chicken was always fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Sadly, that standard seems to have slipped over time. On my recent visits, the rice has lost its fragrance and sometimes even feels slightly dry, the sambal tastes flatter and overly sweet, and the ayam berempah, once crispy now often arrives oily, bland, or undercooked. Even the fried chicken still has blood in it! It’s disappointing because this used to be a place I’d confidently recommend to friends, but now it feels like they’re cutting corners. With so many great nasi lemak spots around, I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and bring back the quality that made them popular in the first place.

Nice Thai seafood and tandoori/naan. Service was fast for Thai seafood. Tandoori/Naan took a bit longer due to the preparation, so it's understandable. Aircon is good, making dining in comfortable. Teh Tarik is 💯

We have been patronizing here for years (almost once or twice weekly) and the standard seems descending since early this year. (Change of management?) Today received our fried rice what looked like half of the container filled with air and the noodles for tom yum wasnt cooked at all. Can u all be a lil bit more sincere for your paying customers?? Very disappointed. Am generous to gv u 2 stars given the past decent meals. Maybe chef is unhappy today.

Slow crowd , but super long food waiting time, they sloting in the new order ticket in between the existing order. I order 3 egg and 1 plain , waited for about 20min, I saw a aunty place order, and see the waiter slot her order ticker in between the existing order, I voice out to him, he said food coming. So wait another 5~6min , the food then came.
