Terrible service from part timers. If menu never state spicy and customer ordered squid no spicy at least headup us that the vege with pork is mild spicy. When given a friendly feedback that the menu does not state that the vege dish is spicy we were throw back with a " our dishes here is all default spicy" answer with attitude. With this kind of service 100% do not recommend

I was satisfied with the food at Nakhon Kitchen and initially thought I would love to return. However, after experiencing the service, I am reconsidering whether I would visit again. Unfortunately, the service staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. There were no greetings or smiles, and the food was served without the staff informing us of the names of the dishes. They also took away the chilies without asking for our permission, which felt inconsiderate. On top of that, the way things were handled and placed on the table felt rather rough, which affected the overall dining experience. Good food is important, but good service matters just as much. A simple greeting, a friendly attitude, and basic courtesy can make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. It is disappointing when the food meets expectations but the service falls short. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the service experience, as better hospitality would make customers more willing to return.

Dropped by quite close to closing time and was informed that payment had to be made upfront, which was understandable given the timing. Food was served quickly and overall the taste, portion sizes and pricing were decent. Most of the dishes were enjoyable and reasonably priced, so no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, one of the dishes came with a strand of hair embedded in the food, which was disappointing, especially since we only noticed it after we were already halfway through the meal. To their credit, the staff handled the situation professionally and offered a refund immediately. The only other thing that stood out was that while we were still eating, the staff had already started moving tables and preparing to close the shop. Nobody rushed us or asked us to leave, but it did make us feel a little pressured to finish up. It felt like although the official closing time was 9.30pm, closing procedures had effectively started around 9pm. That said, the staff were friendly and polite throughout, and the food itself was tasty. Despite the hiccup with the hair and the slightly rushed atmosphere near closing, I'd still be willing to come back again. My suggestion would be to avoid coming too close to closing time if you want a more relaxed dining experience. Hopefully no hair in the food next time!

Chicken served at room temperature and taste reheat/overnight. Portion is miserable

We came to this restaurant to try their Thai food because every time we passed by, there was always a long queue. So today we decided to give it a try, but honestly we were very disappointed with the experience. We ordered a fish dish, but when it was served, we noticed that the fish scales had not been cleaned properly. We informed one of the staff members and asked how they wanted to handle it. He asked whether we would like a new fish, and we said okay. They then took the fish back to the kitchen. Later, another staff member came and asked if it would be okay to simply clean off the fish scales instead, and we agreed. When the fish was served again, we discovered there was a strand of hair inside the dish, and the fish scales were still not properly cleaned. It was very unhygienic and unacceptable. We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We hope the restaurant can improve its hygiene and food quality. We will not be coming back again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thai cuisine. It’s not only authentic; it’s also reasonable. Today’s order was their •Tom Ka seafood (a white coconut milk Tom yam) •Olive fried rice which was very fragrant •Pad Thai fried Tang Hoon •Honey chicken •Sweet and sour pork •Chicken in curry paste We could customise the spicy level as we love the extra heat. Note that their extra spicy is also not very very spicy. Tolerable. Service wise was good as today unfortunately their Pad Thai tang hoon didn’t come in their usual colour and taste. So we feedback and they changed a new plate for us which was much better. Crowd wise was packed but fast moving during lunch. However if you come during dinner time would be a longer wait. Highly recommend for a family meal or even a quick meal. A lot of take away meals as well.

Service is very smooth, though got q during dinner times. Ordered the pad thai, crab meat fish maw soup and veg. The soup was so salty that we didn’t finish. The pad thai and veg was so so, no wok hey and it’s just normal. One good thing is price is nett so not too expensive , but nah… not worth the money and calories. Theres better Thai food elsewhere

I really like the set of 4 special sauce jars — there’s a fish sauce that tastes very similar to Vietnamese fish sauce. The salad is delicious. The tom yum soup has a slightly unusual, strong flavor compared to my taste, and one tom yum dish wasn’t very good because it had fried fish in it, which tasted a bit odd. The fish is fresh, and the stir-fried vegetables are fresh as well. The price is reasonable. There was a long queue when I arrived, but the waitress was very enthusiastic and friendly.
