I have been eating prata boom for all my life and I've been there couple of times and this is the first time I hear prata bomb got kaya. Literally kaya... No sugar no condensed milk. You literally have to add on $1.30 for condensed milk. That's just crazy. Total cost is $5.40 for 1 prata. They didn't serve me with the condensed milk, I had to ask for it when it was in my order. Then, I headed to the cashier, hoping that they gave me a wrong order but the staff said it straight to my face that their prata boom has kaya in it and it has always been that way and prata boom always include kaya 🙄. Waste of money and such a scam, who the hell eats prata with kaya???

Ordered a coconut and 2 prata. The coconut arrived with no flesh. I asked to have it changed but the waiter said cannot change and payment is made in advance. So lan lan. The coconut cost $4.50 but I feel cheated. Not coming here again. Will go else where for my prata.

Indeed hearty food in this restaurant. Its often a mental exercise to eat such kind of food under sweltering heat. My grandson loves tissue prata but I can't quite find it in the menu. Fortunately. I was directed to the cashier to make my order. Kind of pointless if can't scan the menu for it Anyway, nice and hearty food.

Constantly frequent this place since they serve an array of food. Ordered their 2-pax set meal via GrabFood which consists of sambal stingray, a veggie of your choice, tomyum soup, omelette & rice which costs around $60, inclusive of delivery fee. Meal was so good, especially the stingray. Worth it, imo, with the amount of food that you get + delivery.

Very disappointing experience due to poor service and attitude. I visited Al Azhar Restaurant last Saturday and ordered Maggi Goreng with no spicy. When the food arrived, it was very spicy. I politely informed the staff and even showed my receipt clearly stating “no spicy” to prove my order was correct. However, the staff responded rudely, took away my plate together with my receipt, which already made me feel uncomfortable. A few minutes later, the same plate was returned, but this time the noodles were very watery, not dry at all, and tasted bad. I then approached another staff politely to explain the situation, first it was spicy, and second time it became watery and unpleasant. After that, the first staff came back with a very bad tone and attitude, refusing to change the food again and saying I had “troubled him twice.” I was extremely shocked, as I was a paying customer who only wanted a proper dinner. I have eaten Maggi Goreng (no spicy) here many times before without any issue. He then gave several unacceptable excuses, such as saying non-spicy Maggi Goreng cannot be cooked properly because only spicy comes with powder, which does not make sense. His attitude remained unfriendly and unprofessional throughout. I also ordered Tosai, but it was not crispy and tasted watery as well, so I did not eat it. Feeling very upset and disrespected, I requested a refund as I no longer wanted to eat. I ended up crying on the spot, because I felt extremely unfairly treated. I came here simply as a customer to have dinner, nothing more. After 5–10 minutes, the staff brought back a non-spicy Maggi Goreng, but by then the experience had already ruined my appetite. If it could be done in the end, I don’t understand why proper communication and attitude were not shown from the beginning. I left without finishing the food. Food quality was poor, but the service attitude was the worst part of this experience. Thank you and I will never come back again.

I was here today to meet a friend for lunch. It has been a very long time since I visited this place, and I was greatly impressed by it. The restaurant is not just your usual Indian Muslim restaurant, but IMO a multi-cuisine place, offering South and North Indian food, Western food and also - and this is where it's more than the usual Indian Muslim restaurant - Nasi Padang and Western-style cakes. My friend and I had an Indian rojak platter here - TBH I was drawn to (I have not seen before) blue-coloured flour ball with bean sprouts. The Indian rojak was very good. The service here was also very good - very professional and very attentive. The dining ambience was comfortable for a non-airconditioned setting as it was very well-ventilated. I highly recommend this place - in particular because it's open 24/7.

Order big cup more ice given.. Using QR to order is good but need to clearly state to make payment first before food comes. Food expensive just to change chicken to beef add $2.
