Really great dining experience at 54 Steakhouse. A cosy, intimate setting with nice woodwork, plush seats really brings you away from the hustle outside on Amoy Street. The team provides excellent genuine customer service the moment you step in. Melvin, amongst others; took care of myself and my wife extremely well during our dinner. He knew the menu well, provided great recommendations and was genuinely a gem. He made our dining experience very enjoyable. Of the food, we started with the house made butter and potato brioche. It wasn’t like most breads, and was light, fluffy and the pairing of the caramelized onion butter in particular was very complementary. The highlights of the evening was the Satsuma Wagyu and the True North Porterhouse. The wagyu, buttery, soft, melt in your mouth was exquisite. A pity they only had a 170g cut, which was no larger than the size of my palm. The porterhouse was exceptional, seared with a nice crust and nice pink center. The NY strip was so rich, flavorful and the tenderloin was no slouch either. Truly the king of steaks. When we finish the steak, we were done and dusted but Melvin insisted (in the nicest of ways) we couldn’t leave without dessert and he served up a serving of the burnt New York cheesecake. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable dinner with great steaks, great customer service (in addition to Melvin, there were 1-2 other gentlemen that contributed to our great evening as well, pity that we didn’t get their names). Missing out on dining at 54 would be a huge mis-steak.

Absolutely amazing experience dining here. We were served by Mandip, and from the start he gave good recommendations based on what we liked and introduced the restaurant’s signature items. We definitely weren’t disappointed as the T-bone steak was the best steak we had ever tasted and it was perfect with just the right amount of doneness, tasting so good that we didn’t even need the sauce we ordered. The bread and tartare were also great and served as nice additions to our meal. At the end of the meal, Mandip also gave us a complimentary serving of 54 Nail which was a nice surprise! It should also be noted that the restaurant has a nice, romantic atmosphere that is comfortable and classy at the same time. I will definitely be back here to dine again in the near future.

I had made a reservation to celebrate my partner’s birthday at a later timing, but we were hungry and wanted to arrive 45 minutes earlier, which one of the restuarant managers, Winnie responded to my request very promptly and accommodated to our request very warmly. Once we arrived, Winnie welcomed us and we were attended to by another staff, Mandip. I would like to compliment both Winnie and Mandip for their great service. Mandip explained the menu in details to us as we were not sure what to order and gave us very good suggestions. Based on Mandip’s suggestions, we got the Pan Seared Foie Gras for the starter, Exclusive Cut T-Bone Steak for our mains and the Triple Cooked Potato Wedges for sides to share. I did read a few reviews raving about the Potato Brioche, so we also ordered that. First of all, the Potato Brioche was absolutely amazing, I enjoyed the condiments that came along with the brioche. Next, the Pan Seared Foie Gras was really nice, with the softness of the Foie Gras being complimented by the Celeriac that it came with. The T-Bone Steak was about 900g, good for sharing between two people. It was decent and I enjoyed the 54 Steakhouse Sauce that we added on. The Triple Cooked Potato Wedges was pretty okay, but maybe I personally wasn’t a fan of the sauce that came with the wedges. I think what we ordered was just nice as both my partner and I were very full (without drinking any wines). For the dessert, we got The Lemon, and they decorated the plate with the message Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary on it. The dessert was very refreshing and cleansed our palette after the heavy meal. Mandip helped us to take a photo, printed out the photo and placed it in a frame and gave it to us for keepsake. We enjoyed our time at 54 Steakhouse and will definitely consider to go back again in the future :)

Had my birthday dinner at 54 Steak and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food and service were impeccable. A special shoutout to Melvin, who recommended the combination of the ribeye and the Satsuma Striploin. We were thoroughly impressed by both cuts, but the Satsuma Striploin was the standout of the evening- beautifully marbled, incredibly tender, and packed with flavour. Although I usually don’t have a sweet tooth, the blueberry cheesecake was the perfect way to end the meal. It was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, making it an excellent dessert after a hearty dinner. To top it all off, Melvin prepared a lovely souvenir for us by taking and printing a photo of our celebration. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the evening even more memorable. Thank you to the team for making my birthday celebration so special. I would definitely recommend 54 Steak to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience and will certainly be back again.

The restaurant itself is beautiful with a really pleasing, welcoming atmosphere. The butter and potato brioche was a standout – perfectly warm with a crisp crust and soft, fluffy center. The butter complemented it beautifully and set the tone for the night. Just tried the 300g Sanchoku Chateaubriand MBS 8-9, and it did not disappoint. Cooked Perfectly to the Doneness i requsted . It was incredibly tender—honestly next-level texture—with a wonderful, rich flavor. Highly recommend if you're looking for a standout steak experience. The cream of spinach, topped with a fried sunny-side-up egg. It’s a genius combination—breaking the runny yolk into the rich, velvety spinach created the ultimate comfort food. Absolutely loved it. Mac & Cheese, which struck the perfect balance. It was rich without being overly heavy or gelat, maintaining its flavor profile so well that every bite tasted just as exciting as the first. Highly recommend! Finished off the night with the Chitose Strawberry dessert. After such a rich course, this was exactly what I needed—beautifully light, crisp, and incredibly refreshing. It was the perfect sweet note to end an amazing meal. A massive thank you to both the kitchen and service teams for making the evening so excellent. Everyone did a fantastic job, but a special shout-out has to go to Vincent. He introduced the menu and wine pairings with so much genuine knowledge—it never felt like a rehearsed template or a rigid sales pitch. He truly knew the menu inside out, and his recommendations were absolutely spot-on. He did an awesome job and really elevated the entire dining experience! Thank you for having me

Had an awesome Birthday Dinner at this restaurant with my lovely friends. The bread, beef tartare, the capellini were great starters. The star of the show will definitely be their Signature Porterhouse, very rich in flavour and marbling, highly recommended. One of the best or the best steak I have tasted in SG. Vincent was serving our table, and he and his team’s service was on another level! I do recommend this restaurant you want great steak, ambience and service!

The service and food were excellent. Our server Vincent was great and gave us lots of good recommendations. The whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We had the beef tartar, potato bread, 400g ribeye, Mac and cheese, and the onion rings. The stars of the show were definitely the bread and steak. Had a complimentary dessert as well since we were celebrating my partners birthday. Would definitely be back!

Our first time at 54 Steakhouse was beyond amazing. Our server, Melvin, was knowledgeable, funny and he gave us many great recommendations on the menu. We ordered the black onyx angus and satsuma waygu. The steak was cooked to perfection and to our preferred doneness, the sides and appetizers were well seasoned and delicious. The dessert was beautifully done as well (for both appearance and taste)! We loved both the food and service at 54 steakhouse and it is really one of the best you can ask for. We will definitely come back again! Thank you Melvin for making us enjoy our time there so much!
