Absolutely divine meat experience and there is no crowd on a weekend lunch so that's a bonus as it was a meal on my birthday ☺️ Starter bone marrow was such a clever creation - mind-blowing! Halal steaks were all done just about right the want we want, which is rare in the current F&B climate. Servers were fast, friendly and went the extra mile to build a rapport - shout-out to the bespectacled Vietnamese (?) petite server who hosted us. She was a brilliant conversationalist despite her introverted nature. Will definitely be back to bring more people over 😃

Good quality steak and cooked well to specification. Had their Argentine prawn special and it was amazing with the crystal bread. Also the sourdough with bacon jam was a bit salty but is tasty as appetisers. Service was great, we were well looked after and properly served. The portion of steak is also enough to feel satisfied. The sides were plenty and can be shared. Overall food and service is really good.

I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to steak and if there is an issue I won't hesitate to call it out...but WOW! What an amazing steak! I got the Miyazaki A5 steak, my wife got the Black Angus and kids had the the chicken breast and for starters we got the bone marrow croquettes and onion rings. The food was hot and served fresh and the taste was out of this world. The Miyazaki steak literally melts in your mouth...the only place that tops it is Japan and that's saying something. The steak was £40 when converted to gbp but if that steak was served in the UK it would be upwards of £150! Amazing place, exceptional food and 5* service. The only shame was that I don't live in Singapore otherwise it would be my go to place for steak. Perfect!

Truly the best steak I’ve had and I’ve dined at many fine dining restaurants including non halal ones.. Highly recommend to try the infused steak with flavours.. I had the cocoa infused one. I was initially quite full before having dinner but after having the first bite, I fell in love and I managed to finish up the whole plate. Service was just average, could be better. Overall highly recommend this place! Beef tartare was sooo goood too. Honestly so much better than the restaurants in mbs, taste wise. For now, until I’ve tried a better halal steak place in singapore, this is the best restaurant to have your meat cravings satisfied.

The standard dry aged ribeye was a little gristly. Also couldn’t really taste much of the dry aging. The A5 Miyazaki was better. Rich and tender flavour. The mustard and salt was a nice touch. Both steaks were served medium rare. For sides we had the cauliflower steak, bone marrow croquettes and the grilled scallops. All were pretty alright but nothing really to shout about. No free bread for starters as in most steakhouses. Service was great otherwise.

Sometimes the unplanned visits turn out to be the best ones! The steak was really good and the service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely enjoyed my time here and will come back again!🖤

Came by to try The Butcher’s Table given the buzz around their halal steaks. The honey & herb steak was both a waitress recommendation and listed as a chef’s special, so expectations were naturally quite high. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite land for me. While the doneness and texture of the beef were decent, the honey glaze was far too overpowering and masked the natural flavour of the meat. Instead of complementing the beef, it dominated the dish. The herb notes that were mentioned weren’t really noticeable either. One of my dining companions remarked that it tasted more like “bak kwa” (barbecued meat) — which, no offence, but that description stuck. It didn’t feel like a steak where the beef itself was the highlight, and I found it quite difficult to finish. That said, the truffle mashed potatoes were a saving grace — creamy, well-balanced, and helped cut through the sweetness. Overall, a disappointing experience for a dish that came so highly recommended. Hope the flavour balance can be revisited, as the fundamentals are there.

Fabulous dining experience at TBT! We ordered 1 plate of truffle ribeye aged steak (230g)+ creamed spinach+ smoked burrata(w laksa leaf pesto sauce WHUUUT!)+ 2 drinks , & ended it off w spiced choc ganache ice cream. I like tat the truffle ribeye was diagonally sliced, & eaten w the bearnaise (phonetically mcm a pelat very nice gitu kan?) sauce was v.yummy. If ure a no-nonsense steakie & u wana eat ur meat, a 230g steak per person + 1 side+ 2 drinks are enuff i feel. Don't go carni(vorously)-crazy ok. The place is perfect for dates & is rather spacious for an Arab St shopfront. Service was prompt & staff were courteous & helpful. Need to make reservations & a holding fee of $10/pax - for no shows or cancellation tat holding fee is charged.
