Had the Double Ribeye Steak Platter with my husband and we really enjoyed it! The steaks were juicy, flavourful, and had a great aroma. It was a satisfying meal and we’d definitely order it again. The only minor feedback is that the truffle fries were a little over-fried, and they would be even better with a dipping sauce on the side. Other than that, it was a lovely and affordable steak meal, which came with a yummy Haagen Daaz ice cream to top it off!

Been a regular and it has always been the best until today. The N.Z. Ribeye is now way worser than the previous time we came. The previous chef had quit and a new chef came, making it different.the salad is not rlly crisp, the black pepper sauce felt slightly worser. The mushroom soup was okay, not the best and the garlic bread is below average. But the taste of the steak is not that yummy anymore,it is quite hard, and quite dry at the same time. Would have recommended one year ago but will not recommend it anymore.

had a really good meal with my family - the selection of meat cuts are extensive but not overwhelming. get the double platter and the smoked pork ribs! the food was done excellently, though be prepared for a little wait as the dishes are made to order. service was great as well, everyone was really kind and polite :) on a busy evening i suspect the resto will get noisy indoors as the acoustics are really good :)

I went with my dad on Labour Day. There was no queue, and we could get indoor seating comfortably. The medium beef was juicy and easy to cut and eat, without fibres that are hard to chew. It was also not overcooked. We would recommend trying the beef out, as the quality is great for reasonable prices in the neighbourhood! I quite liked the mushroom soup and the accompanying bread, as the soup was fragrant with a truffle taste, though I would've preferred a larger portion for the price (about $8+) Pasta was not overpowering in the taste, and the accompanying meat was cooked nicely and flavourful. The sauce isn't the conventional canned cream sauce, but tasted more like a light melted cheese sauce. While the portion looked small when it arrived, I thought it was decently filling after finishing. Lastly, the Mac and cheese was of a good portion to share between two people, with a nice cheese pull where it counts. It was also somewhat creamy. Otherwise, the flavour profile was quite uniform -- would not recommend it eating as a main dish, but it is a good sharing dish! Service was quick and responsive, they are not short-staffed. Would come again for the steak!

You put up so many QR codes at entrance ask customers to register a queue number. Done that at 6:50pm and received WhatsApp msg saying in queue 2. Waited a long while with a young kid at your hot and humid entrance without anybody attended to us. Frustrated and I asked one of your waitress, only to be told already fully booked until 8pm. Why the QR codes at entrance as well as a fully functioning queue system to frustrate your potential customers?

I dined here with my brother today, and I have never felt this disappointed at a restaurant before—especially one I had previously enjoyed. Having visited about two years ago, I remember both the food and service being excellent. Unfortunately, this recent experience was a stark contrast. We ordered three dishes—two Australian ribeye steaks and one pork belly—amounting to $104.50. For a neighbourhood establishment, this is certainly on the premium side, and naturally, diners would expect food and service to match that standard. Regrettably, it did not. The ribeye steaks were bland and tasted watered down, despite being described on the menu as flavourful. The portion size also appeared significantly smaller than the stated 300g—closer to 200g at best. The pork belly was acceptable, and the sides (mac and cheese and roasted potatoes) were enjoyable, but not enough to make up for the overall experience. What was most disappointing, however, was the service. We were seated beside the cashier counter, which we were perfectly fine with. However, midway through our meal, a PayNow display board fell directly onto our shared plate—the pork belly—and also hit my brother’s finger. Thankfully, we had almost finished the dish, but that is beside the point. There was no sense of urgency or genuine concern from the staff. The apology offered felt perfunctory and insincere. No effort was made to check if my brother was alright, no replacement of the contaminated food was offered, and no corrective action was taken. At that moment, our appetite was completely ruined, and we decided to leave. While making payment, we noticed the same board—now with visible sauce stains from our food—had not even been cleaned. When we raised feedback, the waitress simply chuckled and said sorry, as if the situation was trivial. This was particularly unacceptable given that the restaurant was not busy, with only three occupied tables including ours. We did not ask for compensation, as it was clear the staff member may have been new. However, that in itself raises another concern—where was the supervision? At this price point, there should be experienced staff present to ensure service standards are upheld, especially when handling incidents involving guest safety. It is deeply disappointing to see such a decline from what was once a highly positive experience. I am genuinely surprised, given the consistently high ratings, but this visit fell far short of expectations. Pure disappointment.

First time trying their steaks and I was genuinely impressed! The steak was cooked exactly to my requested doneness, well-seasoned and packed with flavour. Service was exceptional too! The staff were attentive without being intrusive, regularly checking in and always keeping an eye out in case we needed anything. A nice bonus was that they accept CDC vouchers as well. Overall, a great dining experience and I’ll definitely be back again!

@ 408, Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 , Long wait, bad service, and unhygienic practices. We scanned to order only to find half the menu sold out due to a "supplier issue." We waited 40 minutes for our food. While waiting, they took a drink away from us cause was told we only order 3 set instead of 4 set meal , they took away 1 drink & we witnessed them retrieving the ice & pour it back into their container to reuse. That is absolutely disgusting. There are only 2 set of salsa chip , was told only have 1 left after we ordered & told us to change to onion ring instead. Is 12pm and is just open for lunch. The steak medium was decent but had blood flowing out when cutting in it., and the spaghetti and fish & chips were the only good part of the meal. Service was poor overall. Would not recommend.
