iSTEAKS @ Tampines 1

First visit to iSTEAKS, and I’ll definitely be back! Really impressed with the bright, clean and comfortable space, especially the open-concept kitchen where you can see the food being prepared. We had the NZ Reserve Ribeye (300g) with Black Pepper Sauce, Parmesan Asparagus and Sautéed Brussels Sprouts, and the Spanish Pork Collar (200g) with Apple & Nut Salad and Mashed Potato. The ribeye was cooked medium and was tender, juicy and nicely prepared — exactly how a good steak should be. The pork collar, however, was a little tougher than expected and required more chewing. The Nitro Lemon Tea and Kopi-O are also worth trying. Both were smooth, and it’s great that you can have them without sugar. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. The staff (Amy) were friendly, attentive and happy to explain the dishes and make recommendations. Great first experience, good food and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back for another steak!

Yasmin was attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our meal\. She even took the time to explain and assist us with the new promotion using **GrabPay**, which we really appreciated\. We enjoy the food and drink at isteak Tampines 1. Thanks to auntie Ng Ngoh to serve a fantastic lemon tea. She is very friendly and polite to customers. Restaurant manager Kok Thai has served us with friendly smile and attitude. Thanks a lot for the good service and we'll definitely come back more often.

this is RARE, NOT MEDIUM!!! the ends were medium rare. centre was RARE. your chef's messed up my steak, then re-cooked it and now it's lost all its juiciness and tasted like cardboard. if you messed up, own up and offer a fresh new smaller piece rather than just recooking. horrendous! bloody waste of money.🤮🤬

Had this at 2pm on a weekday. $1 for a cup of tea. The steak was great value for the price (inclusive of gst and service charge) Great service from Amy. Grabpay gives extra discount as well.

Had a wonderful meal at iSTEAKS @ Tampines 1 and overall it was a satisfying dining experience. The restaurant has plenty of seating available, making it suitable for both small groups and families. Even during busy periods, the atmosphere remained comfortable without feeling too cramped. We started with the mushroom soup and calamari rings. The mushroom soup was rich, creamy, and full of mushroom flavor, making it a great way to begin the meal. It was served with thin, crispy garlic bread, which was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the soup. The calamari rings were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and made a great appetizer. For the mains, we ordered the steak and the Natural Beef Burger. The steak was definitely the highlight of the meal. It was cooked perfectly to our requested medium-rare doneness, remaining tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion was generous, and it came with a large serving of side dishes that made the meal very filling. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality of the steak and the generous portion make it worth the money. The Natural Beef Burger was a mixed experience. The beef patty itself was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh ingredients complemented it well. However, the burger bun was a little too thick and lacked flavor, which slightly overshadowed the otherwise delicious fillings. Overall, iSTEAKS @ Tampines 1 is a great place for steak lovers. The excellent mushroom soup, crispy garlic bread, perfectly cooked steak, and generous portions made the visit worthwhile. While the burger could be improved with a better bun, I would definitely return for the steak and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality steakhouse experience.

Comfortable place. I like that the menu price is the final price. Amy who served us was helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience.
