Steakville Steakhouse Singapore

The shop is tuck away in a corner of Sunshine Plaza. The place is small yet the atmosphere setting is very cosy. We decided to order the Donabe with wagyu & ribeye steak. Everything was so delicious, especially the rice cooked with the special base and kikuchi water! The corn is exceptionally juicy and the sour oyen (mocktail) is refreshing to go with the food too! I also want to compliment the staff for his absolute patience in explaining to us how to go about with the ordering. Overall, we had a very pleasant dining experience at Steakville! (Only had 1 photo to share, as I was not thinking of doing any review on this place, but upon going through what others had shared, its the same as what I had seen!)

Had a really enjoyable dinner at Steakville! The donabe rice was definitely one of the highlights — Niigata Koshihikari rice cooked with Kikuchi spring water, and the texture was really nice. We tried the 3 kinds of beef: Hanger and Ribeye from Ralph’s Angus, plus the Japanese A5 Wagyu from Saga Prefecture (MBS 11). The Wagyu was especially tender and flavorful, and everything paired really well with the donabe rice. The vegetables were also really fresh, especially the heirloom cherry tomatoes, Momotaro tomato, white corn and lion’s mane mushroom. I also really liked the sambal belachan and garlic soyu sauces — they added a nice kick to the beef. Overall, a really satisfying meal with good quality ingredients. Would definitely come back to try more from the menu!

Service - 5 stars Thanks KP and Ryan! Donabe - 4.5 stars Large portion for 2 of us. I'm not normally a steak person but this was tender enough to bite through and not too fatty. Loved that it came with rice like a donburi. They cooked the rice from scratch then sear the ingredients at the end so it takes a while but it was definitely worth it. Looking forward to going back!

The steak at the restaurant was delicious, the beef was tender, and the side dishes were appealing. The restaurant's quiet atmosphere was perfect for meeting friends.

Despite its slightly older and more run-down surroundings, Steakville is an excellent establishment with delicious meats and fantastic bone marrow. Tucked away in a corner of Sunshine Plaza, it’s one of the few shops in Singapore I can honestly say is a hidden gem.

Small place with limited seats. But had one of the best bone marrow and a greater steak. Made to perfection. A place to visit again.
