My first visit to Bedrock Origin, and unfortunately the overall dining experience was rather disappointing. With its reputation and focus on fire-grilled cooking, I was expecting much bolder flavours. The Lobster Rice looked impressive when served, with generous pieces of lobster, but the taste was surprisingly bland. I could hardly get the aroma or sweetness of the lobster from the rice, which felt like a missed opportunity for a dish that should have been packed with seafood flavour. We also tried the promotional Aged Keisan Wagyu Striploin. The beef was tender enough, but again the seasoning was simply too light. It was so bland that I eventually had to ask for salt to bring out the flavour of the meat. The highlight for me was probably the Applewood Smoked Black Cod served with grilled corn. The cod was nicely cooked, moist and flavourful, and the sweetness and smokiness of the corn complemented it well. This was easily the dish I enjoyed most. The King Crab Cake was decent but quite average, while the Bedrock Mac N’ Cheese lacked the rich, creamy cheesiness I normally expect from a good mac & cheese. The French Onion Soup was similarly forgettable and didn’t have that deep, caramelised onion richness I was hoping for. Even the Char-grilled Spicy Brussels Sprouts didn’t quite work for me. I was expecting properly charred and caramelised sprouts with crispy edges and smoky flavours, but these tasted more like boiled vegetables tossed with quinoa and seasoning. Overall, the ingredients looked good and the presentation was attractive, but across too many dishes I found myself looking for more seasoning, more char, more caramelisation and simply more flavour. For a restaurant built around Earth + Food + Fire, I was hoping to taste much more of that fire. 🔥

Had a casual lunch with our furboy. Food was pleasantly plated and delish just that Cod is tad dry. We were very well taken care of by Mary - her attention to detail, thoughtfulness were exemplary. She went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable - she checked in if we would like the blinds lowered to have a more pleasant dining experience. She surprised us with a birthday cake to celebrate our birthday and snapped a few polaroid photos as lovely keepsake for us. It was really nice of her to show care and talk to our furboy. Mary is a true asset of the establishment and we hope she gets recognised for caring for the patrons so genuinely and with utmost care.

Conveniently located at oasis hotel , within walking distance from Outpost and Village hotel. Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and was very satisfied with the service. We ordered the crab cake, ribeye , cod fish and asparagus. Quantity wise, it was more than enough as we are not big eaters. The service staff made it more special by giving a cake and helping to take a Polaroid. Thank you!

Had an excellent dinner at Bedrock Origin. The Aged Keisan Wagyu Striploin was the highlight of the evening — cooked to absolute perfection, beautifully tender and packed with flavour. Also had a pan fried foie gras, which was cooked beautifully. We paired it with a good bottle of Bordeaux, which complemented the beef wonderfully. We also had the Aged Barramundi Tail, which was, as always, so good — flavourful and incredibly well executed. The service was equally impressive. The team was attentive, warm and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. They also surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture and added a lovely personal touch to the evening. Great food, excellent service and a memorable dining experience. Bedrock Origin continues to be a place I’m happy to return to.

The place was quiet and comfortable, and the service was good and attentive. The French onion soup was great, although a little salty for my liking. We came specifically to try the Korean Hanwoo beef. As the Hanwoo ribeye wasn’t available, I ordered the Hanwoo striploin instead, while my hubby had the Wagyu ribeye. Unfortunately, the Hanwoo didn’t meet my expectations, especially compared to the Hanwoo I’ve had in Seoul. It was missing the richness, fat and flavour I was expecting, and tasted more like a typical US beef to me. It was also missing a good crust on the surface, which would have added much more flavour. My hubby’s Wagyu ribeye was disappointing as well. There wasn’t much of a crust, and each bite tasted mostly of fat without that intense beefy flavour we were hoping for. Even though we used the Entertainer 1-for-1 offer, the final bill was still not cheap. At this price point, we expected much better quality from the beef, and unfortunately, we didn’t feel that the quality justified the price. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the steaks, especially since the Hanwoo was the main reason for our visit. That said, the service was attentive throughout, and we really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary cake. Thank you for the lovely gesture!

Had a wonderful dining experience with my partner at Bedrock Origin thanks to GXS Bank’s promotion. The food was great all round. Sides like their spicy brussels sprout and truffle fries deserve a shout-out. The serving portion was mind-blowing so we definitely recommend going in a larger group to share the food. Special mention to the wonderful hospitality abd service by Joey and the rest of the staff today. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the restaurant. Keep up the good work!

Had quite an unpleasant experience here. The waiter was very keen to recommend and sell us their tomahawk, but I decided to go with a double porterhouse for my family instead. What really caught me off guard was that after I made my choice, he still warned me that the porterhouse would be dry. Honestly, which restaurant will say they sell a dry porterhouse? If you’re telling your customer that the steak they’re ordering is going to be dry, it doesn’t exactly give much confidence in your own menu. I understand recommending your signature cut, but there’s a difference between making a recommendation and making the customer feel like their chosen dish is a bad choice. The whole interaction was quite disappointing and definitely affected my overall impression of the Overall food wasn’t impressive as compared to other same tier steakhouse so won’t be going back anymore.

Had an amazing dinner at Bedrock Origin Steakhouse at Sentosa last night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was such a memorable experience! ❤️ We ordered the Wagyu steak, their famous mac & cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato soup, iced citrus tea and apple juice. Everything was delicious, with the Wagyu steak and mac & cheese being the highlights. The food was amazing from start to finish. What really made the night special was the superb service. A huge thank you to Grifter, Roy and Suha for taking such great care of us and making my girlfriend’s birthday extra special. They were attentive, warm and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the evening. To top it all off, they even surprised us with a birthday cake at the end of the dinner! 🎂 It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the celebration even more special. Thank you, Bedrock Origin, for the wonderful food, amazing service and unforgettable experience. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
