My wife and I came here for her birthday meal. Service by Kai was amazing - he was very attentive as he attended to us, explaining the dishes and making sure we have a great evening. He was friendly too as he answer my wife's inquiries. Food was good, but for the price I think there are better options out there. It can get a little bit stuffy in the air-conditioned space. Some customers were also talking rather loudly - seating arrangements are rather compact as expected of a Japanese restaurant.

Had a really enjoyable late-night dining experience at Yakitori ONE in Suntec City. The restaurant has a cosy Japanese izakaya atmosphere, and I chose to sit indoors where I could watch the chefs grill each skewer over charcoal. Seeing everything prepared fresh right in front of you definitely adds to the experience. I tried their Late Night Omakase, and the courses were well-paced. My favourites were the Hyogo Oyster, Liber Mousse Toast, Tsukune with egg yolk, and the charcoal-grilled yakitori. The Zucchini Mentaiko was another pleasant surprise, adding a lighter balance to the meal. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, making it an enjoyable place to unwind after work or catch up with friends.Overall, a relaxing dining experience with quality food and a welcoming atmosphere. I would happily return to try more of their menu.

Finally, a place to grab a late-night snack in Singapore! 😭 The shop is right outside Suntec City Tower 2, super easy to find. All the yakitori is made to order and grilled fresh, and the kitchen is open and inviting, full of lively atmosphere. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hygo Oyster｜Berries Smoothie: Super huge oysters with a refreshing blueberry sauce – so satisfying! Liber Mousse Toast: A must-try for foie gras lovers! Thigh: Huge chunks of chicken thigh meat, incredibly fresh and juicy! Perfectly cooked. Wings' creation 👍 Liver: A signature dish you must order! The chicken liver is rich and flavorful, and the sauce perfectly showcases its unique texture. Luffas: Cucumbers, a Singaporean vegetable not commonly found in China, but they're perfect for yakitori – sweet and delicious. The cheesecake was amazing! It's almost identical to the one at Changi Airport that costs 19 SGD per slice – rich, creamy, and melts in your mouth. The caramel and biscuit layers are just right. Already looking forward to going back…😋

The grilled skewers arrive at the table emitting a smoky, caramelized fragrance. Chicken wings, coated in an amber sauce, have a crispy skin that crackles with every bite, while the tender meat is bursting with sweetness. The chicken meatballs, coated in herbs, are more restrained, their herbal aroma mingling with the charcoal's smokiness, becoming more and more flavorful with each chew. The cheese skewers are oily and crispy, coated in a creamy flavor; a drop of lemon adds a refreshing touch. 🥚The onsen egg is soaked in a rich sauce, gently topped with bonito flakes. A light touch to break up the yolk, then it's eaten with the skewer underneath—smooth, tender, and juicy, bringing effortless happiness. 🍅Sweet and sour tomatoes and crisp cabbage are like a refreshing treat in the late night, cleansing the palate and relieving fatigue, making one willingly linger amidst the smoky atmosphere and relaxed feeling. In the bustling commercial district, this is a rare moment of tranquility, the most comfortable rhythm of nightlife. 🔥The most comforting thing is the composure above the grill: brushing on sauce, sprinkling salt, turning the skewers, the charcoal fire slowly pushes the aroma of the meat to its peak; paired with an ice-cold beer or sake, the heat and aroma of the fire collide in the throat, instantly relaxing the whole body. 🌙No matter how noisy the night, there are always people who find peace here: skewers after skewers, cup after cup, as if only yakitori truly understands the stomach at night and knows how to unload the day's fatigue.

Kai was attentive, friendly and genuinely made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. He has a great attitude towards customers and you can tell that he takes pride in what he does. Good service can really make a difference to the overall dining experience, and Kai definitely did that for us. Staff like Kai are a great asset to any restaurant, and One Yakitori should definitely treasure people like him. Good food together with good service is what keeps customers coming back. Keep up the great work, Kai! We will definitely be back again.

I had the $98 omakase at Yakitori One this time, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The pace was just right, and none of the dishes were too strong in flavor, so I didn't feel heavy after eating. The Wagyu beef skewers and lobster were quite good; the grilling and texture were both excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet, perfect for a leisurely evening meal. The kind of place I'd definitely come back to! 👍
