The food is quite expensive, the only good thing is the cheese sauce. The service is incredibly slow; even though we arrived first, we weren't served first. The restaurant is crowded, and there aren't enough staff, so the food is served slowly, missing items for customers and making them wait a long time. Even when I left, the dish I ordered at the beginning still hadn't arrived. I asked for a takeout package, and they gave me a Styrofoam box full of ants! :)))

Never coming back. I chose a nearly 1kg (850g) geoduck clam, priced at 1,390,000 VND/kg. The staff advised that such a large clam could be used to make two dishes. I said I only wanted one, stir-fried noodles. And the plate of stir-fried noodles that came out only had a few tiny, crumbled pieces of clam, as shown in the picture. I couldn't believe it was an 850g clam. I asked to check the camera footage, but it was all blind spots and nothing was visible. The staff even challenged me, saying, "If you make a new clam using the exact same process and can't prove you're wrong, you have to pay for two clams!" Then they reduced the price to 1,190,000 VND/kg for the geoduck clam because "the chef's hands are too weak, so the clams are cut a bit too small." I chose 300g of grade 1 sea snails, but they intentionally brought out grade 2. When I protested, they only apologized for the mistake and then brought out a plate of mango as an apology.

We just checked in at Radisson RED Da Nang and found this gem right beside the hotel. My mom was craving something warm, so we decided to try their hotpot, and it did not disappoint! The serving size was very generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the soup was delicious and comforting. The staff were friendly, attentive, and could communicate in basic English, which made ordering easy. Overall, a great dining experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended! 😊🍲🦐

The seafood was fresh, the dishes were delicious and well-seasoned. The prices were mid-to-high but reasonable considering the quality. The staff were enthusiastic, served quickly, and presented the dishes reasonably well. Overall, it was a good experience and worth returning to.

Beware, folks! This place is awful. It's so disgusting it's practically open! It's right next to the Hilton Garden Inn, and we were just strolling here. Anyone who comes here is doomed! They have two menus. Today we had the seafood hot pot for 380,000 VND. I'll show you what we got. There are tons of delicious seafood hot pot restaurants in the city for a few hundred thousand VND, and we naively thought we could have the same quality as in the city, even if it was a bit more expensive. What did we get? A few pieces of rotten vegetable leaves that even your grandma wouldn't eat, a few pieces of stinky fish, a few shellfish that even your cat wouldn't eat, a few pieces of squid, and two shrimp. I'll attach pictures for you to see. Tell me? Where's my crab? Is my seafood hot pot really just a rotten scraps hot pot? I don't know where the 140,000 VND crab hotpot in the reviews came from. The only slightly tasty dish was the water spinach. If you want to make your enemy eat here, come here; they'll laugh at you for life if they see you here. The waiter was very friendly, but as soon as you walk in, they try to get you to order seafood. If I hadn't checked the prices elsewhere in Vietnam, I would have been a lamb to the slaughter. Chinese friends, avoid this place!
