Mộc quán Seafood Đà Nẵng

My friend highly recommended this seafood place, not on the main road just GRAB to here. We arrived the restaurant 2ish, still a lot of costumers and we wait for 10mins to get the table (highly recommend make reservations ahead if you are in big group) Live seafood tank just outside the restaurant. Order the items first them the waiter will take you to the fish tank to pick the one you like. Seafood weighted Infront of you, they are not going to break your pockets 😆. 2 of us just paid around 1700k VND (under 200aud) in total. 1 green lobster 550g, 2geo duck 340g, spotted snails, razor clams stir-fry, seafood hotpot and a banh mi to go with the sauce (a must!!!) Geo duck with lemon grass - Fresh, sweet and perfectly cooked! I might suggest to provide scissors so we can cut into small pieces 😆 Spotted snail with egg yolk sauce - Fresh snails, the banh mi dipped in the sauce just feel in the heaven. - well if you don't see know how to eat snail, the staff can help you take out the meat. Lobster with butter garlic sauce - Lobster is fresh and cooked in the right texture. The garlic butter is another banh mi killer😆😃😆 The seafood Hot pot and razor clam also taste good and cooked perfectly. As a chef, I could confirm this restaurant 's kitchen is clean and tidy (from my observation of their working station...floor and utensils. Service is outstanding although the staff might not fluent in English but they use google translate to communicate with us! For the seafood who can't or don't like to shell the seafood... They will do it for you. However, I m more enjoyed to do it by myself. For the quality of food, value and the dinning experience. I am highly recommended this restaurant to you.

I had a tropicsl rock lobster cook in butter and garlic and also in sweet and sour sauce. They cut the lobster shell and prepare the meat for me so I don’t have to deal with that. The lobster is fresh and prices are reasonable and love the young staffs always smiling, friendly and ready to assist. I have been coming here 9 nights in a row so you know I really like this place because it’s that good ❤️.

This seafood restaurant was recommended online, and overall the meal was very good. The food suited my taste, although the price was on the higher side for Vietnam. If I have the chance to treat myself to a luxurious meal here, I would definitely recommend it to my friends. By the way, they offer table service, so you don't have to prepare the lobster yourself.

A place I visit every time I go to Da Nang! It's expensive considering the cost of living in Vietnam, but the seafood is on the cheaper side compared to Korea. I think I keep going back because it's always crowded so the turnover is fast and the food is fresh! You need to make a reservation to get an air-conditioned room, so make sure to book in advance.

We've been trying to come here every time we have visitors in town, but the wait is always too long. This time, I asked some local friends to make a reservation for me. It is quite amazing that with such a huge space (they have many levels) people are still waiting over an hour for a table without reservations. This place is a seafood haven. Seafood in tanks mean it is the freshest you'll get. We ordered a whole fish and saw them fish out the grouper from the tank and weigh it in front of us. We ordered prawns, 2 types of fish, clams, scallops, frog and nem lui for our visitors. Everything was really good. If you order crab or even the prawns, they will deshell it for you if you don't want to do it yourself. The restaurant is filled with tourists, though, but service was impeccable. One of our friends was celebrating his birthday so on top of the cake we brought, Mộc provided a small cake as well for the birthday boy. Several tables were celebrating birthdays and the staff would come and sing "Happy Birthday" to you. Perfect place to bring out of town guests, but definitely make a reservation!

The food was delicious and suited our taste. The grilled fish was especially good. The staff were very helpful, and although the restaurant was very crowded and we had a slight wait for a table, the most important thing was that we had a perfect dinner. We will definitely come back here next time.

It’s not a Michelin-starred restaurant for nothing. The service is friendly, and the food isn't too heavy for Korean palates. And you might be wondering why I'm recommending porridge (I did), but try ordering the clam porridge; it's seriously delicious.

Gia Bao is the best!! She kept deboning the meat for us and checked on our table, paying meticulous attention to detail!! The food was delicious and she was so kind that I want to visit again!! Please make sure to look for Gia Bao!!
