MyX at Holland Village

Had the tasting degustation menu, which requires a minimum of four diners, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Every dish was thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and packed with unique flavours that showcased the kitchen’s creativity and technical finesse. The standout for me was the tuna starter. It was exceptionally fresh, delicately balanced, and set the tone for the rest of the meal. The meat courses were equally impressive — perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavour. A special mention to Esti, whose warm hospitality and attentive service elevated the entire experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive without being intrusive, and ensured that our table was well looked after throughout the evening. Service was seamless, the pacing of the meal was spot on, and every course arrived with a thoughtful introduction. It’s not often that every dish leaves a lasting impression, but MyX managed to do just that. A memorable dining experience that is well worth revisiting. Looking forward to returning soon.

Had an epic meal here everything was so so good and service was top notch. We decided to do our own order vs the set menu and had the salmon tiradito, cauliflower, fish and pork secreto. Everything was so flavourful and delicious. And portions were generous. We ended with the pistachio Choco mousse and ice cream and the apple tart. The apple tart was probably one of the best restaurant desserts I’ve had in a long time. Lots of warm spices and the apples were properly soft and sweet. Would definitely come back. Thanks, team!

I visited MYX during a public holiday, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. While the prices are on the higher side, the experience is absolutely worth it. We started with the Chilaquiles, which featured crispy chips paired with their special sauces. It was incredibly appetizing and a great way to kick off the meal. For the mains, we had the “Magic” Mushroom, and it really lived up to its name. The truffle aroma was rich and fragrant, and the texture was spot on, definitely a standout dish. For dessert, the Yuanyang Tres Leches was exceptional, one of the best I’ve had! Just a tip: make sure to enjoy it within 10 minutes for the best texture and flavor. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I’d gladly return to.

Came because of the good Google reviews. They are justified. Had the cauliflower, Cesar salad, mushroom pasta and wagyu beef. And dessert was the apple crumble. Cauliflower was something different and well executed. Flavourful and had an intriguing texture. Mushroom pasta was really good. Al dente fettuccini with mushroom sauce. Not overly rich or cloying, a pleasant experience for the palate. Wagyu beef was alright. Tender. But I would suggest having bit with the sauce on the side. Apple crumble. Almost perfect. If the vanilla ice cream was in-house, it would have really elevated the experience. Service was excellent. Attentive and balanced.

TBH I have no idea how this establishment received 4.9 star rating when it is definitely not near it. I came by for a birthday dinner catch-up on PH Eve. First off, restaurant was packed. That’s a good sign I thought. But it was TOO packed, until I felt like they were really trying their best to make the most during the peak hours which is understandable. But if you’re looking for a quiet place this is probably not it. We were seated down and presented with menu. Begin ordering and while we couldn’t decide which salad to start with, the wait staff/manager(?) recommended their cauliflower dish stating it’s ‘flavorful’ and a popular dish here. We ordered it. Soon after dishes were served and we cannot be anymore disappointed with the food. 1. Warm Crab Gratin $18++ Bread/biscuit is ok, but eat it while it’s hot. Once it’s cooled down, the mayo taste was SO OVERWHELMING. Even felt stinky. 2. Caramelised Cauliflower $16++ Few small stalks of cauliflower, no taste so not even ‘flavorful’. Remade this and they sprinkled more sauce but cauliflower is still cauliflower. 3. Uni Cavatelli & Cheese $35++ Errr okay? Not memorable. Pasta was really al dente so if you like harder pasta then go ahead. 4. Dirrrty Chicken Rice $33++ Probably most flavorful out of everything (the rice). Chicken is ok lor. Nothing special, tough though. 5. Grilled Iberico $42++ Will never order a meat without their grams stated. Thinly sliced and SO FREAKING TOUGH. We feedback this and they remade another one for us and ITS STILL TOUGH. We decided it’s the cut so we left it. One note to say: Service recovery is OK, they remade the dishes for us but it just didn’t hit the right spot. We still ate it all cause… We paid for it. But we all left feeling empty lol. Also to mention the service level… We can clearly see the help staffs were all very busy probably because they’re required to handle probably >50 guests with just the 2 of them? The staff that came to clear our plates wanted to clear ALL at one go and nearly spilled drink or dropped dirty utensils on my white outfit lol. Won’t come back again but I hope all the best.

I’m so glad I picked THE perfect place to celebrate my birthday. Food was beyond exceptional. We had the caramelised cauliflower, uni cavatelli and cheese, kani miso linguine, seabass, and mushroom pasta. All the pastas were cooked to perfection and flavours were well-balanced. We’d be sure to come back and try the artichoke dip, venus clams, and dirty chicken rice. A huge shoutout to Dosen and manager Mok - they delivered exquisite service that made us feel warmly welcomed and comfortable. The decor was stunning too - there’s a vinyl player where you can interact with and enjoy good music! A big thank you to the MyX team for making my birthday celebration a memorable one. We’ll come back again!

An absolutely wonderful dining experience celebrating my birthday at MyX Restaurant. It turned out to be one of the most memorable evenings. Every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully crafted, and you could truly feel the heart and creativity behind the food. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the celebration even more special. The team also made the evening feel very personal and attentive, which meant a lot on such a meaningful occasion. A special thank you to Mr. Mok for the outstanding service and for making my birthday celebration so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice ambience and the place looks premium. Food plating was also nicely done, but the taste was honestly just standard. Biggest disappointment was that the food was served cold. Ordered the grilled iberico — portion was really small for the price, and the meat was too chewy. The dirty chicken rice actually tasted good, but again it was served cold which made it less enjoyable. For the expensive pricing, $90 for both these dishes, definitely not worth it.
