This cosy spot around the neighbourhood is a favourite for vegetarians. The canele are delicious, and the egg muffin is a bomb,must-try. The broccoli sandwich is another creative and tasty option, and it’s the best sandwich I’ve had this year! 😌🔥💓✨ Keep up the good work, team! For $45, we had two coffees, two caneles, one sandwich, and one muffin. Pretty well priced, another thumbs up! The interior design is pretty, and it’s located in a corner uphill. Not to mention the friendly staffs are really niceeeee 😇

Extremely disappointing experience and defensive management. I decided to write my experience here. I left my WPC umbrella here on Saturday right at closing time, placing it exactly where the staff instructed me to. When I returned on Tuesday afternoon to politely inquire about it, the owner’s reaction was unbelievably defensive and unprofessional. Instead of assisting with a simple lost-and-found request, the owner blamed me, stating it was a "public space." When I asked them to check with other staff members, they immediately accused me of implying they stole it. Furthermore, their stories regarding the CCTV footage were highly inconsistent. First, I was told it only archives for 8 hours. When I suggested involving the police to review the footage, the story suddenly changed to 24–48 hours, with claims that it was "too difficult to retrieve." They finally said that they will check with other clients and follow up, but 0 response I received . A straightforward request for help was met with shifting excuses, hostility, and zero accountability. Deeply disappointing management.

The cappuccino here is made to perfection. I ordered a cappuccino with a double shot, and it was excellent. The coffee had a wonderfully smooth, rich flavor, while the milk foam was perfectly textured and beautifully finished with latte art. The café offers comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors, creating a welcoming atmosphere no matter your preference. A special mention goes to Faye, who provided exceptional service. She warmly greeted me, showed me to a table, and made sure my coffee was delivered to the right spot. Her personal attention made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated as a guest. What impressed me even more was that when I returned two days after my first visit, Faye still remembered my name and exactly what I had ordered before. That level of customer care is rare and truly memorable. The quality and taste of the coffee have been consistently outstanding, and the service is equally impressive. Part of me is tempted to keep this place a secret so I can have it all to myself, but a place this good deserves to be shared. So, as much as it pains me, I highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates great coffee and genuine hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, which will certainly be very soon

The café has a really nice design with a cool and cosy atmosphere. However, there aren’t many indoor seats. Overall, the coffee was disappointing. I ordered a coffee with oat milk, but all I could taste was the oat milk, the coffee flavour was completely overpowered. The black coffee was still acceptable, but nothing memorable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Great atmosphere and excellent service. The cashier thoughtfully recommended drinks based on each person’s preferences. When we first arrived there were no seats available so we stood and chatted while waiting. Once a table became available, the staff kindly guided us to our seats and even helped carry our drinks over. Everyone was friendly, attentive and very polite. A really pleasant experience from start to finish 👍

Served in a scientific beaker alongside a textured ceramic cup, the coffee is a masterclass in clarity. Expect a bright, tea-like body with soaring floral aromatics and a clean, citrusy acidity. It’s precise, elegant, and perfectly showcases the unique terroir of Ethiopia. This warm olive cake with blueberry is all about the contrast in textures. The exterior boasts a distinct, sugary crunch that gives way to a dense, moist crumb enriched by high-quality olive oil. That crisp outer layer provides a satisfying snap before the tart, jammy blueberries melt into the richness of the cake. The chicken hot sandwich is a must-try. The sourdough is toasted to a shattering, golden-brown crunch that holds up perfectly against the juicy filling. Every mouthful delivers a loud, crusty snap followed by tender seasoned chicken and fresh greens. It’s a masterclass in sandwich architecture where the heavily toasted texture is the undisputed star😍

My favourite place in Singapore for coffee. They always have the most delicious baked goods, too. A special mention to the staff, who are always friendly and efficient.

Maxi Coffee Bar was a really great find. The coffee was excellent, smooth, full of flavour, and clearly made by someone who knows what they are doing. It is always nice to find a place where the coffee is consistently good, and this definitely delivered. The service was also very good, with friendly staff who were welcoming, helpful, and created a relaxed atmosphere from the moment I walked in. What also stood out was the vibe of the place. Maxi Coffee Bar has a cool, easy feel to it that makes it more than just somewhere to grab a quick coffee. It is the kind of spot where you could happily sit for a while and enjoy the atmosphere. Good coffee, good service, friendly staff, and a genuinely cool vibe. A place I would definitely recommend and would happily come back to.
