The food was really hot and fresh . The pizza is the freshly made one and the Ravioli was scrumptious. The portion size was decent . The tomato base was so fresh, the cheese was also amazing and the basil leaves complemented the flavors of the pizza amazingly, the crust was so thin and the edges were awesome with their olive oil. The ravioli was perfectly made with awesome filling and a mouthwatering sauce that was very creamy. The calamari was well fried and went well with the sauce and lemon. Already planning to come back here! The seats were available as I went in non peak time . Ice water is free and can be taken from the station near by . We spent 60 dollars for 3 ppl , 3 dishes . Adding few pics

Food is ok, maybe the pizzas are what it’s raved about. Service at the front desk was ok, he served us counter seat due to a lack of seating for a group of 3 which other wise was outdoor seating. Midway into our meal he approached us if we wanted to switch seats so I thought that was thoughtful enough to mention Food service, however, leaves much to be desired. As we were seated at the counter, I could consistently hear a single table number’s order being rushed. And I was just wondering if it was due to complaints. But I soon found out why. Ordering through the QR code is easy and convenient, several orders can be put in by several people without any interruption to others. But this creates a gap in food ordered by each person. This gap then gets magnified. Orders with a 1-2min gap had a 5-10mins difference in serving time. Next, as I was beside the counter I could see the foods served and this is just a guess, it was noted that certain pastas seem to be cooked in batches, like 2 plates serving 2 different tables getting sent out together. This results in awkward situations where 1 diner has their food but others have to wait 5-10 mins extra in between. Not sure if I want to go back to try their pizza offering

Quite overrated in my experience. Mixed feelings about my visit here. On the positive side, getting seated was quick with only a 5 to 10-minute queue. We started with the fried scamorza cheese and fried calamari, and followed up with the Gamberi (prawn) pizza, which was definitely good with a great crust. The floor staff were also quite responsive and attentive when I raised concerns about the long waiting time. However, the kitchen execution fell short on the mains. The Crab Tagliatelle took over 20 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the pasta wasn't hot—it was only mildly warm. Taste-wise, it was underwhelming with a very mild flavor, and the portion of crab meat was way too little for the price point. While the starters and pizza were decent, the overall food taste was just okay. The service experience at the end was also a letdown. The cashier (who seemed to be the manager) was technically doing her job but failed to provide the right customer service experience. There was no basic smile or warmth—just a transactional, robotic dialogue: "Ok check your items, ok do you need receipt, okay thank you." Given the execution and service, the overall price point is considered high. It sits at a very similar price point to Da Paolo, which doesn't make sense. This is a casual neighborhood mall outlet, whereas Da Paolo delivers a completely different, more premium dining experience with more generous and worthy portions.

I queued up at 6:30pm to about 4 groups of people in front of me. Queue control was quite efficient, there was a staff who would ask for no. pax and if everyone is present to be seated and if you are OK with outdoors. Outdoor seating was surprisingly cooling and very cosy with some booth seating. We ordered the beef cheek w potatoes - yummy but a little steep at $30 for the portion. The truffle pizza ($30) was as good as everyone recommended and a good portion for 2 girls! Super delish and would return for this. My strawberry lemonade at $7 was quite rip off lah, don’t know why I ordered haha. A nice dining experience overall!

First time trying this restaurant. Managed to get a table quickly despite the queue. Pizzas didn’t take too long to serve and they were delicious! Staff were wonderful too.First time trying this restaurant. Managed to get a table quickly despite the queue. Pizzas didn’t take too long to serve and they were delicious! Beef cheek pappardelle. Wished the pappardelle was a tad more al dente. Sauce could have stronger flavours. Beef bits looks dry, yet soft to chew. Overall the dish is underwhelming. Portion is small as well Thankfully prosciutto rucola pizza was served only after we finished the pasta. Pizza dough had a chewy texture. Sauce was on point. I wished the pizza was cut together with prosciutto so it's easier to lift up pizza slices Water is self service. But u have to ask for glass

I came on a weekday ~4pm and seats were plentiful. Music was too loud inside so I switched to a table closer to the windows with less speakers and I stuffed my ears with my daily ear plugs. I ordered the Luciano’s Rigatoni Alla Carbonara (SGD 25.18) which allowed me to try this unique pasta shape Rigatoni for the first time. This carbonara was purposefully made pretty dry to coat this pasta shape; the bacon bits are abit too salty for my liking but was necessary to finish all the pasta. Portions are just nice.

I was quite disappointed with the latte. The menu shows a latte with latte art, but both of the lattes we received looked completely different, with only plain milk foam on top. I understand that menu photos may be for illustration purposes, but if latte art is not provided, this should be clearly stated on the ordering website. The latte already costs $6 before GST and service charge, so I don’t think it is unreasonable for customers to expect it to look similar to the photo shown. It felt rather misleading and was honestly quite unacceptable.
