TBH, I would probably only end up here under a bit of peer pressure. 😆 The prices are incredibly affordable by Singapore standards. Even hawker stalls nowadays commonly serve Western food in the S$8 to S$10 range, while Saizeriya still offers dishes like their bacon carbonara at just S$5.90 nett! In a city where dining costs continue to rise, I genuinely appreciate the effort to keep meals accessible. It also explains the long queues that are almost always present. That said, I would suggest managing your expectations when it comes to the food itself. The value for money is excellent, but the flavours may not be bold enough for those who prefer stronger seasoning, like me. Thankfully, they provide cheese powder, chilli flakes, and black pepper at the table, allowing you to customise the taste to your liking. One thing that stood out during our visit was the salmon. Considering the price, the portion was surprisingly generous. You can also top up S$2 for free-flow beverages, which adds even more value to the meal. A random observation that amused us: we happened to see the staff refilling the drink machine and can confirm that they were using actual Milo powder instead of some generic malt chocolate concentrate. Hehe. Overall, while it may not be my first choice when I'm craving something flavourful, it's hard to deny the value that Saizeriya offers. Affordable, filling, and accessible, which is exactly why it continues to attract such a loyal crowd.

Everything here good food good service good place to dine. Place kept clean and tidy. Servers and cashier prompte in serving or attending even it’s no service charge. Well known not very atas Italian food, nothing to complain at all. Portion not very big portion but decent. Salmon salad sauce is good, goes super will with the corn. Recommended truffle mushroom spaghetti and bacon mushroom risotto. Super flavorful and goes well with the unlimited Parmesan cheese provided. Mushroom soup, butter corn and sausage recommended too though nothing special. Chocolate lava ice cream, tiramisu and hazelnut semifreddo are my all time dessert choice here.

I visited this restaurant just before the Sunday lunch rush, and the interior was relatively quiet and uncrowded at that time. As is typical with most family restaurant chains, the overall flavor profile is consistent with what you would expect from other locations. However, the Milanese doria was served noticeably cold, which was a disappointment regarding the food's preparation. The staff's performance was standard for this type of establishment; the service was neither exceptionally attentive nor particularly poor, falling strictly into the "average" category. While the atmosphere remains calm before the peak afternoon hours, the consistency of food temperature could be improved to meet the usual standards of the chain. This spot is a functional option for a quick meal if you are in the area, provided the kitchen ensures dishes are served at the appropriate temperature. Would you like me to adjust the tone of this review or draft another one for a different location?

This restaurant brand used to offer great value — the prices were low and the food tasted pretty good. But over the past year, especially at this location, it feels like the place is poorly managed. Honestly, I no longer want to come back. The food sometimes comes out undercooked or overcooked to the point of being burnt. The cleanliness of the tables and the staff’s service feel no different from eating at a cheap street stall. I don’t want to feed this to my child ever again. The sign has only been lit up on the letters “sa” for a long time, while the rest remain dark. It seems like there’s no intention to fix it. Just from this alone, you can tell whether the brand is being properly managed or not.

As somebody who likes to try new things, I decided to try that seasonal Nyonya Chicken (if not next time no more) instead of my typical black pepper chicken (which world be a cheaper option). Sauce was pretty good but I'm putting a 4 because of the price point & it may not be value for money (only chicken + corn) Normally I would eat with people to make the most of my time at eateries worthwhile Service was excellent, the lady seeing I was 1 person decided to make an extra effort to pull my table out of the sunlight 🌞 Atmosphere quite lively during this time 1-2pm period, ideal for workers here because it's usually crowded this time of the day

Had dinner as I was in the area. As I wasn't very hungry, I ordered the Kids Meal ($5.90) and a Original Foccacia ($2). The kids meal was definitely well-balanced, with vegetables (corn), protein (what I assume to be chicken nuggets), carbohydrates (Penne pasta) as well as a bottle of Yakult. Yhe foccacia is amazing too, getting the whole piece of foccacia for cheaper compared to other restaurants.

Horrible! Ordered Bolognese in Saizeriya 321 Clementi and the plate came with only a few grams of ground beef. See the picture, u can hardly find any beef after much stirring around. I informed the male manager and just said “It’s like that”.

We had dinner here and would like to commend the restaurant staff. Despite the restaurant being very busy, both the younger and older service staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and efficient. The food was excellent, and we had an enjoyable dining experience overall. However, we would like to provide feedback regarding an incident at the cashier counter. After making payment by card, we noticed a slight overcharge of $2.90 and brought it to the attention of the cashier, whom we assumed to be the manager. He appeared understandably flustered due to the busy dinner rush. As correcting the overcharge would understandably be tedious, he immediately took a $5 note from his own pocket and slapped it on the counter. While we appreciated his willingness to resolve the matter quickly, he also repeatedly said, “Take this, it’s from my pocket.” Coupled with his body language and tone, the remark came across as dismissive and left us feeling as though we were being made to feel uncomfortable for raising a legitimate billing concern. The issue was not the amount involved, which was minor. A billing error had occurred and should have been addressed diplomatically. We did not accept the $5. We informed him that his behaviour was inappropriate and walked away. We are sharing this feedback not to complain about the overcharge itself, but because customer concerns, however small, should be handled respectfully. Apart from this incident, we were very impressed by the food and the excellent service provided by the rest of the team, whose friendliness and efficiency made our visit an otherwise very pleasant experience.
