Saizeriya - Rivervale Mall

First time visiting this Saizeriya outlet in Rivervale Mall, I ordered the egg carbonara for takeaway, I wanted a poached egg as well but sadly it wasn't available. I didn't wait too long for my meal to ready, it was a little over 10 minutes but it was also peak hour dinnertime so I understand the little wait. I went home to try the food, the pasta and bacon bits tasted good, but I think there doesn't seem to be enough bacon. The place also doesn't seem to provide any utensils for takeaways as I didn't find any in my plastic bag but takeaway didn't seem to cost any extra cents which is nice. Overall, I guess for the price the food is affordable and tastes good. 👍🍝🥓

Food is so bad here esp the doria and risotto… ordered salmon doria, the sauce has no taste at all and the whole dish just taste like tumeric from the rice.. the risotto literally looked like rice added watered down cream sauce, not like its cooked together.. it just taste watery and disgusting. Seafood chowder didnt come till i finished my meal and asked for cancellation, suddenly the soup appeared. Not sure was if just this outlet or is saizeriya standard getting from bad to worse.

It has been awhile since I visited Saizeriya, I've been missing those affordable Italian food and wine at Naples ever since I came back from Europe. The thing is - I've learned to eat and drink red wine over there, every meal felt amazing. Today I totally cannot believe that their menu offers 2.90 for a glass of wine to go with the food, wow seriously who did this? I'm really glad! Give that guy a raise please!

the portions are horrendous, and the food is mediocre at best compared to other saizeriya, I already pity the residents that live in punggol, but now I've got even more of a reason to do so now... Ordered: Sautéed broccoli and Spicy Cream Asparagus and Bacon Aglio Olio, photo below contains the meal with all the bacon and asparagus(which was a very minor amount)

Good place for bonding and dining with family. Friendly staff and helpful.

Date: 10 Apr 2026 Time: 18:41 hours Issue: Waiting time too long, waited 30 mins and my order still not ready. Ask the waitress and she checked with the kitchen. My order was way behind the queue. If the waiting time needs to wait much longer, why the hell the waitress did not inform the customer?

Regularly ordered the asparagus and cheese appetiser and burger steak with sausage consistent and good value for money. Can have a long queue but generally moves quite fast. Special thanks to Ms Mary Grace and 5 Apr 2026 evening crew for quick and friendly service even though it was very busy!
