Saizeriya - Northshore Plaza

date of visit: 2026-08-10 mon ph 630pm newly opened on oct 16 2025, finally got the chance to come here for dinner. managed to get seated pretty quickly. food also came relatively fast 👍🏻 ordered the following items: Bbq pork ribs $10.90 BBQ chicken pizza $7.90 Chicken wings 8pcs $7.90 Vongole spicy tomato $5.90 Aglio Olio Vongole $5.90 love the seasoning of the chicken wing 🤤😋

On the evening of May 16th, at table 71, I ordered a glass of wine. The quantity made me think it was a single glass? I asked the waiter, and the explanation was—yes, it was a problem with the glass, or should I have it changed to a smaller glass so it would hold more? I was puzzled as to why the quantity was so different from the photo. I couldn't accept this answer!

Its a 2-star rating because the cleanliness of cutleries and chinaware could be improved - I had to wash it at the basin myself as there were things stuck on it. Even the cups offered weren't clean. Hope the staff would have a better eye in managing this. No issues with food and service (a bit too many staff truth be told, makes one eat hastily and not at ease when there's so many people walking up and down)

Came a few visits already. Always long queue. Food serve was fast although it was crowded on a weekend dinner hour. Food portion was good for the pricing. No wonder so many people queue to eat here. Hope the quality and standard can be consistent. Keep up the good work!

I’m a regular at Saizeriya and have visited many different branches, but this is by far my favourite! Joyce and her team are such a dedicated service crew. I really appreciate their attention to cleanliness and the way they always go the extra mile to look after their customers’ safety, especially when handling hot plates. Their care and dedication truly make a difference. Thank you, Joyce and team, for making every visit such a pleasant experience! ❤️

Tried this outlet for the first time, usually we head to Oasis Terrace since it's closer. There was a long queue, but it moved quickly and we managed to grab a table. The staff were young and maybe a bit overwhelmed, but the service was still acceptable. Saizeriya's food is always a safe bet, and we left satisfied! 👍🏼

Soup, pizza & baked rice were served hot which makes the food taste even better. We cleaned up every plate because every dish was delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I usually stay in Hougang and often go to the Saizeriya at Hougang Mall, but today I met my friend at Northshore. We decided to have lunch at the Saizeriya there, and I found that the hamburger was better than the one at Hougang Mall.
