Saizeriya - Northshore Plaza

On the evening of May 16th, at table 71, I ordered a glass of wine. The quantity made me think it was a single glass? I asked the waiter, and the explanation was—yes, it was a problem with the glass, or should I have it changed to a smaller glass so it would hold more? I was puzzled as to why the quantity was so different from the photo. I couldn't accept this answer!

Came a few visits already. Always long queue. Food serve was fast although it was crowded on a weekend dinner hour. Food portion was good for the pricing. No wonder so many people queue to eat here. Hope the quality and standard can be consistent. Keep up the good work!

Its a 2-star rating because the cleanliness of cutleries and chinaware could be improved - I had to wash it at the basin myself as there were things stuck on it. Even the cups offered weren't clean. Hope the staff would have a better eye in managing this. No issues with food and service (a bit too many staff truth be told, makes one eat hastily and not at ease when there's so many people walking up and down)

Affordable and nice food

Soup, pizza & baked rice were served hot which makes the food taste even better. We cleaned up every plate because every dish was delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Tried this outlet for the first time, usually we head to Oasis Terrace since it's closer. There was a long queue, but it moved quickly and we managed to grab a table. The staff were young and maybe a bit overwhelmed, but the service was still acceptable. Saizeriya's food is always a safe bet, and we left satisfied! 👍🏼

I usually stay in Hougang and often go to the Saizeriya at Hougang Mall, but today I met my friend at Northshore. We decided to have lunch at the Saizeriya there, and I found that the hamburger was better than the one at Hougang Mall.
