was peacefully minding my own business and doing my own work. until the staff told me they had a reservation at 6pm and needed my table. sure i understand you needed the table since it’s a reservation right. but the staff didn’t even bother to offer me to sit at another table, so it felt as if i was being chased out. one time is enough for me, i’m not coming back. in terms of the drinks, latte was nothing special. only reason i rated 2 stars for service instead of 1 was that the other staff was at least welcoming.

I recently celebrated Mother’s Day at Eleven Strands and it turned out to be such a warm and memorable dining experience. The restaurant beautifully blends Italian and Asian influences, creating a menu that feels both comforting and creative at the same time. From the rich pastas and seafood dishes to the flavourful sharing platters and delightful desserts, every dish was thoughtfully presented and satisfying. The variety on the menu made it perfect for family gatherings, especially for a special occasion like Mother’s Day. What made the experience even more special was the ambience and setting. The restaurant has a cosy yet elegant atmosphere with modern interiors, soft lighting, and a welcoming vibe that makes you want to slow down and enjoy meaningful conversations with your loved ones. The combination of Italian café charm with subtle Asian touches gave the place a unique character that felt stylish without being overly formal. It was a lovely setting to celebrate family, create memories, and appreciate the special mothers in our lives.

The Food: Chicken Sausage Tomato: For tomato lover this is good. They use crumbled house-made chicken sausage in a hearty tomato sauce that balances sweet and tangy perfectly. Bacon Cream Pasta: Pure comfort food. It’s rich and creamy without being heavy. Pro-tip: You can select "Less Salt" when ordering, and the seasoning comes out spot on. I’m not a fan of bacon, so I swapped it for chicken (same price), and it was delicious. The Experience: Customization: I love that you can adjust the saltiness. You won't leave feeling thirsty or bloated from too much sodium, which is a huge plus. Quality: The pasta texture is flawless. Even though it’s a bit of a hidden gem (about a 6-minute walk from the nearest bus stop), it is absolutely worth the trip. Vibe: The interior has a beautiful French vintage aesthetic. Both the storefront and the inside are incredibly photogenic—great for photos! Value: Paid SGD 53.96 for two pasta dishes. The environment is clean, the food standard is high, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. Verdict: 10/10 would return!

Absolutely ridiculous. I travelled all the way from JB specifically to dine at your restaurant, only to be turned away because you’re “fully booked” yet your Google Maps listing clearly states you’re OPEN. Do you have any idea how far that is? The least you could do is update your information so people don’t waste their time and money making the trip. This is completely unacceptable and a total disrespect of your customers’ time. Sort it out.

Wide selection of food options & drinks. Even got alcohol options! Portion is decent or good for sharing as well. Forgot to take photos of my rest of food! Pecan tart is very good! There is member privileges! And birthday perks. Membership is free. And they dont charge for water which is rare these days.

Went to the restaurant last evening to celebrate my birthday. Ordered favourite squid ink risotto but was just too salty for me. Likewise the scallop pasta. But I gave thumbs up 👍 to Tiramisu as I liked it with liquor. Vongole as a starter was good but most of meat is missing just shell, hey head chef please check your quality and quantity. Honey bacon pizza was okay only as i prefer wood baked type. Price wise is like any normal Italian restaurant so it will not be my immediate choice.

Ordered the Beef Ragout Handmade Tagliatelle and Squid Ink Risotto with Crispy Tentacles. Both are good! Wished they had more interesting coffee choices though. Very hard to find parking outside the restaurant though.
