US Pizza West Coast Plaza

Only 3 foreign staff in the outlet. Outlet manager not around. Encountered issue with grab dine-out payment but nobody can resolve the issue. Dilly dally for quite a while and finally "resolved" issue. Indian lady staff is polite enough to apologize for inconvenience caused. Pizza came out in takeaway boxes although we indicated dine in. Browsed through other reviews and saw their cheeseboat pizza had egg on top. Ours were just cheese. No wonder i find something missing. Cinnamon sticks were not nice. Cheesy meatballs were ok. Outlet is very stuffy and the staff kept scrubbing the floor i think. Kept smelling the floor detergent smell while eating. Staff also forgot we had side dishes too. Went to remind them and it took quite some time again.... Hope they improve their service in overall.

Value for money pizza cos got 40% off whole year round. Extra Long Mozza Cheese Stick, Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Crunchy Popcorn Chicken is nice. Fish and Chip pizza and pepperoni double cheese pizza is not bad. Food is served hot and right textures (some parts undercooked dough). Overall, very slow service, if you dine in the shop, prepare to smell from head to toe like the pizzas.. lemonade cooler is less sweet compared to the sunset mango cooler. It's a pizza place, nuff said, personally I feel that they are underated, quality of pizza served is better than the more common pizza joint you see in Singapore. Overall I like their thin crust meat pizza, the rest is kind of ok, but for the price you pay, I is actually pretty value for money. Stall is courteous and try their best to churn out the yummies in good time, hot and melty, yummy. Over here, if you sit indoor, you will leave the shop smelling like pizza, the air circulation inside is bad, if you sit outside, the tables there have seen better days and some of them is rotten away already due to rain. Their choice of drinks is rather limited, (pizza joint) lol, by next door Mixue go it covered rather well..

Dropped by US Pizza at West Coast Plaza for a casual meal and was pleasantly surprised by the pizza quality. The crust was baked just right, toppings were generous, and the overall taste definitely hit the spot. For a quick pizza fix, this place does the job well without overcomplicating things. That said, the seating area is quite limited, so it may not be the most comfortable spot if you’re coming with a larger group or planning to sit around for long. It’s more of a grab-a-bite-and-go type of place, though if you’re lucky enough to snag a table, it’s still cozy enough for a simple meal. Overall, good pizza at fair value, with the main drawback being the space constraints. Still, worth popping by if you’re in the area craving a slice.

We stumbled upon US Pizza at West Coast Plaza and it was one of the best spontaneous meal decisions ever! The pizzas were loaded with toppings, baked to perfection with that cheesy, gooey goodness that just hits the spot. We ordered the Aloha and Italian Aloha pizzas — and wow, both were absolutely delicious! The flavours were bold, the crust was perfectly baked, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. 🍍🧀🍕 What made the experience even better was the super friendly staff. Warm smiles, great service, and they made us feel really welcome. It’s not just good pizza — it’s good vibes all around. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable — great quality without burning a hole in your wallet!

Had the italian chicken and bolognese pizzas and the flavour was quite good, generous toppings as well :) Imo the pizzas could be less oily but maybe its something they cant really change. Ordered their lasagna as well but unfortunately it was super super thin and not worth the price... maybe can give that a miss :/ The wait for pizza is around 20minutes when its crowded but thats understandable since you can tell they make everything to order. The place has strong AC and it's relatively clean, with self-service plates and utensils provided. They have quite a few good deals like 1for1 and also group meals. Would come back to try their other pizza flavours!! 🍕

Negative points for service. The service was bad. The lady was rude when taking orders. She was reluctant in getting our orders and asked “what you want?” We were the first to order when the store opened and ordered 6 pizzas. Wonder how this store got 4.7 in review. The seats in the outdoor area has been blocking way for the longest time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Experience at US Pizza! We tried a few pizzas, and every slice was delicious — generous toppings, flavorful sauce, and a perfectly crisp crust. The garlic bread and pasta were also great complements to the meal. Everything came out fresh and piping hot. Overall, a great spot for pizza lovers with excellent service and good vibes. Highly recommended — definitely coming back again! 🍕👏
