Fried chicken over fried too dry. Tteokboki could have serve hot instead of warm. Jjanggang myeon is pretty standard with onion and pork. Want to highlight that the indian female staff lack of service and passion, did not engage with customers to bring them in and even let others cut queue even though we waited in the queue. She is always avoiding eye contact with the customers. Twice we were here and she is still the same ignoring customer. The male staff seems to be always busy working in kitchen and service ground. This store definitely needs some training especially for the indian female staff and they definitely need more than 1 staff on the ground. Asked to pack my unfinished food, indian staff then asked to pass me container n plastic bag to pack myself instead. Wonder why was I charged service charge for…

The service is okay and the place is clean. But the food is absolutely atrocious in terms of taste. Jjampong - as all stores have their own recipe for Jjampong, it is up to them to decide what is it they want to make it special. But for this case - there is nothing. Mussels and sotong are tiny. No smokey flavor profile. Soup base is extremely boring/bland. Granted its a casual dining place but a little bit of standards will go a long way. Noodle is suspiciously like the yellow hokkien noodle as it has a rather alkaline taste and the texture is too soft to be considered proper Jjampong noodles. Lack of bounciness to the noodle. Overall just a disappointment. Mapo tofu - this is NOT Mapo Tofu. The amount of ingredients are as follow (from my observation so probably non scientific): onions (60%), Tofu (35%), meat (5%). The amount of onion makes me question if the cook understands what is mapo tofu. It tastes super oniony and no numbness nor spiciness to the dish. It should be renamed as onion tofu. Takeout the meat and you probably get a good vegan item on the menu. This is genuinely the worst variant of mapo tofu I ever had.

First time visit this restaurant, I went at 4pm for very early dinner with my kids. Not so much customers. No waiting time. To my surprise, this restaurant customer service awesome. The food is delicious, the staff is very thoughtful and sweet. Without requesting, they offer 2 extra cup with little ice for my 2 kids. It's been a long time I visited a Korean food restaurant, my last one was 9yrs ago at those tg pagar type. Nv thought this place could be so good too.

Love the service Roy provided, this is what the service industry is lacking of, being genuine. My first time at Waterway Point, I'm not expecting to have an authentic tasting Korean food here. Food is decent enough, fried rice is great and super wok hei. Service over food here, and Roy has made the experience here extremely pleasant. Thanks to Roy and the team!

I ordered fried chicken (sweet and spicy) and jajangmyeon but those korean food does not taste like korean. The sweet and spicy chicken is not spicy at all. I don’t feel like it’s not worth the price that I gave. The service is ok and the restaurant has no people when I’m eating.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here, mainly due to the poor communication from the staff at the cashier. I ordered the Korean jjampong noodle set after being informed that it came with 2 dumplings, as stated on the menu. However, when the food was served, I found that the dumplings had been replaced with 2 pcs of mashed potatoes instead! When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, I was simply told, “The kitchen has no stock, so we gave mashed potatoes instead.” No prior notice was given when I placed my order. Had I known the dumplings were unavailable, I would not have ordered the set menu in the first place!! As this is a Korean restaurant, I also asked whether there were any side dishes such as kimchi available. Again, I was met with a brief response: “No stock”! My main concern is not that certain items were unavailable, but rather the lack of communication and transparency. Customers should be informed in advance when key menu items are unavailable or substituted, so they can make an informed decision before ordering!!

1st photo: the vegetables in the jjampong were mostly burnt, which affected the taste. 2nd photo: the soup served with the fried rice didn't look quite appetising, and the burnt taste was overwhelming. I also noticed some black bits in the soup.
