Had lunch at PUTIEN Waterway Point with my mum on Saturday. The restaurant was very crowded, but we managed to get a table for two. We preferred not to order via QR code, and although there was a delay in getting the iPad, another staff member quickly assisted us. The manager later apologised for the oversight and offered a complimentary dessert. Great service recovery, and we enjoyed the food. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Restaurant who served quality food. Service is warm but not overwhelming. Appreciate the owner who removed Service charge and GST, the price you see is what you eventually pay. Not easy to find places with this right balance of quality food at affordable price and dinning atmosphere for everyday meal. They even gave free mian xian for my mom whose birthday is today. Look at the sumptuous bowl. Nowadays even if you pay, there's only a tiny prawn (if any) and barely visible egg. This free dish is filled with sincerity that they really want you to celebrate the occasion. Appreciate the restaurant culture.

Putien waterway point is one of my staples for lunch, and the food standard has remained consistent. Service is excellent as well, with easily communicated preferences for less salt on dishes. The hotplate tofu was extremely tasty and goes perfectly with rice. Luffa is light but tasty again goes well with rice. Chicken soup tastes natural and full of chicken flavor. Broiled yellow croaker has the light spiciness of huajiao and seared garlic/shallots. Highly recommended.

Came here for family dinner. 6 adults. So we ordered the 6pax set + 1 duck. The set was moreeee than enough for 6 pax - extra dish is not required. Food is consistent across outlets. Love the signature noodles soup the most! Intestine was a nice side. Service was very good and super attentive. Punggol being a young neighbourhood, there were a lot of kids/toddlers dining here. Everytime a toddler/baby leaves the restaurant, the staff would thoroughly wipe down the tables, chairs for next customer. Honestly parents should clean up after themselves after their kids throw/drop the food on the seats/baby chair and even floor. This is not your house, it doesn't mean you dont have to clean up after yourself/your family. The amount of work done by the staff to sweep and wipe down is so unnecessary if parents just do their job to clean up.

Putien bee hoon is one of my favourite variant of bee hoon. Love the almost 1 mm thick bee hoon texture. And their mixture of the chilli sauce that comes with this is the best imho. My other fav here is the squirrel fish, but didnt order today. The fried egg plant with pork floss is great for little one. The fried yellow croaker fish is okay but too small portion for the price. And try the da hong pao, not many restaurant offer this tea. It's one of my favourite tea.

Came for the mee Sua , pepper salt small sized fishes which I like a lot. Also tried other cuisine like luffa and the chicken soup. Like the service here and the quiet environment. Enjoy the modern Chinese atmosphere, design and table set up here. The music is relaxing as well. Thanks Tong Ling, Ling Hua, Zhi Xuan ,Man Man!

Food overall was good, recommend the century egg with spinach and fried yam. The lychee pork was ok but not the best. We got ordered all 5 dishes in small but slightly too little for 3 pax.
