Food portions are generous. Instead of pre-cutting their grilled chicken into cubes, it is sliced on the spot upon ordering. This keeps the juices and flavour in. Sweet potatoes come in chunks n have a creamy texture. These and other sides are place on a fluffy bed of lettuce with a wide variety of sauces. Not the cheapest, because quite a lot of their selections require a top up - not much but it adds up. But definitely the most satisfying! The only disadvantage, if at all, is that it's only a pack and go dining option.

I am a regular and absolutely love Omnivore’s food. However, I’m writing this review to highlight a payment issue I faced with the self service order system at my last visit on 4 June around 1.45pm. During that visit, I ordered using the self service system and paid via paywave. However, the system failed to send the order. Even though I showed the cashier the successful transaction directly on my bank app, I was told it would be reversed since they had not received the order, and that I needed to pay again. I then had my friend pay for me via Grab Dine-in. Today, I saw that the payment was processed by the bank. I appreciate if management could look into this and provide a resolution. Food and portion is superb. The grab dine in process is horrendous. Waited 10 min before I realised we had to show our receipts to the staff. Such a manual process that gives both customer and staff extra stress. Then I waited another 10 min and the staff claims to have called my number and placed my order on the rack. Dear management, please review the ordering process for grab dine in payment. Also have a number display or something so the staff won’t have to keep calling numbers.

Have been patronising 79 Robinson outlet for the past few years. Food was usually served warm. Passed by 20 Anson and ordered chicken breast. It was cold so was the brown rice and pasta. Also missed out on my sauce. There weren’t many people in queue at that point in time Do look into this aspect and maintain the standards. Tks

Portion size for petite was great for a lady. Will be great if outlet can include option to swap out the base for extra side or allow no base. I see this can be done for the hong leong branch. Food taste is good and wide variety of sides.

Food was great. Unfortunately, they miss out my brown rice base today. Staff could be more careful when packing the order.
