Edith Patisserie

Disappointing experience today. I bought a box of 6 brownies around 1pm, thinking they were vegan and gluten-free based on the display. Once home, I realised only 1 out of the 6 actually was. I went back to the store around 3pm to ask whether the unopened brownies could be exchanged. The staff told me it was possible. I returned with the brownies at 3:27pm, but the staff member was on lunch break and unavailable until later. When I came back again around 5pm, I was then told the exchange could no longer be done because more than 2 hours had passed since the original purchase. I completely understand that stores have policies. What was frustrating was being told one thing first, making multiple trips, and only later hearing about the time limit. A bit more clarity upfront would have avoided the confusion.

I tried 8” Yuzu Osmanthus. It’s Super delicious and ran out of tray quickly. All the Children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The Employee at Bakery explained about the major ingredients and flavours of cake , though name itself is self explanatory we do not have those usually as part of our snacks. He is Kind and Patient. Would love to visit again.

ig: @lifetogether97 ——————————————— this box of goodies was real damn good 😮‍💨 /assorted gift box/ – $17.70 🍫🍰 comes with pre-selected brownies & lemon loaf! the brownies were super dense and fudgy, exactly how I like them ☺️ they’re small, bite-sized pieces so you won’t feel too guilty finishing everything 🙈 the lemon loaf needs no introduction, it’s always my go to order from Edith 🙋🏻‍♀️ /taro mochi cake/ – $9.10🍴 first time trying this flavour and omg… SO good 😩 tastes like orh nee in cake form and the chewy mochi texture really elevates it 😝 I’m still dreaming about this cake and already can’t wait to get it again 😙 /yuzu osmanthus cake/ – $8.90 🍊🍋 super light and citrusy flavour! really yummy objectively, but sorry… it still pales in comparison to the taro mochi 🤣🙈 can’t wait to try their other bakes! definitely one of the yummiest and tastiest cakes we’ve tried in awhile 😋

Very disappointing. For the price paid, almost $10, this is how my cake was packaged. The cake was messy. I have not seen any bakery who provided box of height that is lower than the height of cake and let the cake lie and then the cream at the top became so messy! If the business can’t provide box of proper height please review the height of your cake!

Please teach your staff some manners. I know the cakes from Edith has always been good and that's the reason why I would pay that price for sliced cake even tho there were other bakeries selling sliced cake at a cheaper pricing. I asked the staff what other cakes is recommended. And he replied in a damn buay song or shld I say yaya expression without smiling "all also nice" and he spoke so softly. I wanted to just walk away. But i know my friends will enjoy the cake and just sucked it up and decided on my own. The next time he is there to serve, I'll definitely reconsider purchasing there.

Upgraded my review from 3-star to 4-star. The waffles are really good. Tried the Orh Nee (Yam) waffle. BUT the fillings needs to be more generous. Will try to support more if there's more Orh Nee. Will change my review if they improve.

I cannot believe i got 2 surprise boxes on Yindii but received 8 halloween cookies. Halloween was 2 weeks ago….. PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING THEM

I always love their cakes! Tried their orh nee waffle and it was delicious! Highly recommend their cookies as well!
