Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee

Wonderful service! I made a rush order via Instagram and they contacted the branch manager who packed my order for me. I swung by to pick it up and pay. Very good service. Came back again a few times because the ice cream was just so good! It’s a shame they open on such few days though!

Ordered two scoops of ice cream and one of my choice of ice cream was served wrongly and I just ate what was served. However the staff was very sweet that they realise the mistake and serve me with a free scoop of the ice cream that I ordered. Thumb up and keep up the good work.

one of the servers borrowed me his portable charger when my phone ran out of battery. even though there were many customers to attend to, he made sure that every customer was taken care of well. thank you!

Order Thai milk tea flavour ice- cream, lemon yuzu ice cream n sour soup flavour ice cream. Package sweet n properly in good order. Tastes yummy n worth of money spent. Love them.

Waffles aren't crispy on the outside. Feels like eating fluffy/ doughy banana cake. Not my cup of tea. Probably better waffles out there. Gelato is good though, do try yuzu blossom

Horrible service. Cashier with the name Faith was outright rude. Management should teach her about basic customer service.

The two young staffers with banderas were excellent. They made the otherwise plain vanilla environment a lot more vibrant.
