Burnt Cones

Visited on a public holiday, so it was very crowded and the space felt quite squeezed. Despite that, the staff were patient and kindly walked us through the different flavours, which we really appreciated. The kids’ favourite was the dark chocolate — very rich and thick. We also tried the pistachio (one of their bestsellers), which was creamy, personally, not my favourite. The maple pecan was another highlight, personally enjoyed the nutty, slightly caramelly, but not overly sweet flavour. We also went for their collab “Song He rice” flavour, which was quite interesting, in both taste and texture, almost like glutinous rice. Spent about $29 on 5 scoops of icecream.

I came in yesterday and ordered something — but my order was accidentally missed. When I brought it up, the staff were incredibly gracious about it. They owned their mistake without hesitation, apologised sincerely, and even offered to compensate me, going above and beyond to make things right. Honestly, it made me appreciate this place even more. Anyone can have a smooth day, but it's how a team handles the tough moments that reveals their true character. The team here (I forgot your names sorry) showed real heart and professionalism in how they recovered. If management is reading this: these staff members deserve recognition. A raise wouldn't be unwarranted. 🙏 Thank you for turning a small hiccup into a genuinely memorable experience.

Favourite gelato round the area. Have been a regular since it’s inception and I must say instead of standards dropping like most other brands with many outlets the quality of food and service here have remained top notch and have even improved. Favourite flavours are definitely the pistachio, ube and black sesame and they tend to have very nice promotional gelato in rotation to keep things special and exciting. Waffles are also perfectly crisp whilst also soft and fluffy with the right amount of sweetness and strong but not overpowering buttery taste highlights the quality of butter they use.

very delicious and creamy ice cream!! my mom who is an ice cream conossieur, said their pistachio flavour was very nutty and creamy. i agree haha, it has that strong flavour of pistachio. it definitely has that gelato taste - that creaminess. the black sesame is also similarly creamy and has that intensity of flavour as well. it's sweeter than the pistachio but not extremely sweet. the waffle is interesting as well because it is very crispy and harder on the outside than most other typical waffles. the interior is of course soft. the interior was also big enough with tall ceilings so it was quite a good dining experience too. the black cutlery and the gold knives and forks did make my consumer psychology perceive this as a rich experience... there was free water provided. the drinks were nice to look at and the tea was also as expected. but that was quite a big portion for the price 🙂 can't comment on the ube latte bc i did not taste it though

I’ve been here twice, and both times, the waffles were perfectly done! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - you can eat it on its own! The ice cream is too sweet for my liking, but I love that it’s dense and flavourful, every bite was so good, but I have a lower tolerance for sweetness; my friend, who has a sweet tooth, enjoyed it that he finished my waffle AND ice cream too. I won’t recommend the matcha (it was too light - it came super light green and so sweet, even tho I asked if it could be unsweetened and she said yes), it tasted like the instant pre-mix. The latte was a bit too bitter for my liking too. But I’d definitely be back for the ice cream! Recommend: 85% chocolate, pistachio, maple pecan, coconut lychee and the peanut butter flavours. Please note that the wait time might be long, but know that they’re trying their best to serve you as fast as they possibly can! But waffles can only be cooked with a set period of time.

first time stumbling across this establishment with a friend & i would say it was a very pleasant visit. staff were warm & welcoming, asking us if we needed help regarding tasting of ice creams. they were very patient when we wanted to try multiple flavours as well! ordered a waffle with double scoop ice cream - pistachio & stretecilla, both were strong, creamy, & rich. the waffle is definitely the highlight though, extremely crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. batter also tasted unique unlike any other we’ve tried before. definitely coming back for more, really recommend this to everyone!!

The moment I walk in, the staff greets me with warm smiles and infectious energy that set a joyful tone. The food and of course the pistachio gelato to perfection and amazing! I just love this place! The ambiance is absolutely relaxing, nice music and creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable of ice cream day! The staff, especially Aria is very friendly and nice. The best ever pistachio gelato waffles! Also thanks for the free Flow of water! Fantastic:)

it's a not so big.. not so small dessert cafe in hdb area.. personally like the music.. the quantiy of the ice cream cone was good.. the waffle was crispy soft.. ice cream favorites not many, but quality was there.. tried their affogato.. you can choose your favourite, except the premium ones.. if you are not americano person.. or not a fan of bitter sour coffee.. you may want to mix all coffee with your ice cream..
