Salted Caramel

loved the ice cream at Salted Caramel, and I really appreciate that they let you sample the flavours before ordering. Tried the Earl Grey this time and it was so delicious fragrant, creamy, and well-balanced. We also tried the brownie, which was a little too sweet for my liking, but the texture was spot on super moist and nicely baked. Definitely coming back for the ice cream and the waffles next time!

Outlet was quite messy and there were ice cream marks all over uncleaned tables The ice cream flavours are not bad but nothing extraordinary.

Croffle was surprisingly yummy!!! Salted caramel a bit too salted for me lol. Dark chocolate was too sweet 😭

Visited recently and was quite disappointed with the ice cream. It didn’t taste as nice as I remembered from previous visits, and the flavour seemed less rich than before. I used to look forward to coming back, so it was disappointing to find that the quality didn’t live up to my past experiences. Hopefully this was just an off day and the standards improve again soon.

She was fast, very efficient, calm and patient, even though there were a number of orders she had to handle. 🟣 I saw her handle all the ice cream, drinks and waffle orders with aplomb. I admire her from afar, because if I was alone handling so many orders, I may falter under the pressure. A cozy spot for comfort drinks & dreamy waffles! I dropped by Salted Caramel along Upper Thomson on a quiet evening and instantly loved the calm vibe. The place smells faintly of freshly made waffles and coffee — it already felt like a small treat before I even ordered. I tried the Chai Latte and Matcha Latte, and both were so comforting in their own way. The chai was warm, aromatic, and perfectly spiced — not overly sweet, just the right amount of cinnamon and cardamom that made it feel like a hug in a cup. The matcha latte was smooth and earthy, balanced without being bitter — you can tell they put care into how it’s prepared. For dessert, I had the Strawberry and Ispahan (lychee rose) ice cream on a freshly made waffle, topped with a drizzle of caramel. The waffle came out golden and crisp on the outside but soft inside — such a satisfying texture. The strawberry ice cream was sweet and refreshing, while the Ispahan added a delicate floral note that paired beautifully with the warm caramel. Every bite had that perfect mix of buttery, fruity, and floral flavours. Overall, it was such a lovely experience — the kind of place you can sit for a while, unwind, and just enjoy something sweet. Definitely a café I’ll keep coming back to for both the drinks and the cozy atmosphere ☕🍓✨

Stayed around here for 5 years but somehow haven't tried this. Took an evening stroll with family one night and decided to try it, and was pleasantly surprised. I've cream was rich. Especially liked the hazelnut. Lemon cheesecake was nice too, not too strong, both went well with the waffle, which was just crispy enough yet chewy in the middle, and sweet. Kids lived the strawberry and salted caramel flavours too. Total for waffle with 2 scoops, and 2 scoops in a cup, was $27. They accept CDC vouchers too.

Delicious ice cream. Got the lemon cheese cake flavour. Didn’t realise it was a premium flavour, so paid $6.80 for a single tiny scoop. At that price should be more generous with the serving.
