Bought a cake for birthday celebration found 2 strand of cake inside the cake, one in the cream the other in the cake . Please take extra care on the hygeine side.

Very cramped and poor service. Food or bread ok. The SG60 bun promotion is limited to one per transaction or per day? Sorry that my English is not good.

Their cheesecake are soft and cheesy👍🏻👍🏻 I just wish the entrance was not so narrow when entering for this outlet.

During payment I showed Cashier that I want to redeem my birthday voucher and to pay using my BreadTalk app. Then I realized I was charged the full amount and voucher was not used. Cashier argued with me that I did not inform her, I said I showed her the voucher beforehand. Kept insisting I did not tell her, luckily a younger staff came to void the transaction and redo the payment.
