Four Leaves

On 18th May 2026, 11am, I visited 4leaves at clementi outlet. There were too many bread selections and I was indecisive which bread to buy, thank god this girl in the picture approached me and introduce their best selling bread. I was delighted when she offered to help me as I didn’t expect to meet such a kind person. She served me in the cashier, took off her mask and smiled at me with her teeth, i can never forget her innocent looking cute face. Thank you girl. God bless you!

Purchased a loaf of bread from 4 Leaves at Clementi. The service was shockingly disappointing! My daughter presented the loaf of bread to the cashier and was ignored. She continued conversing with her colleague. Thereafter she crudely and rudely pointed at the machine for me to pay via paywave (Does she think lowly of her customers’ intellect? Actually her intellect is questionable here!). Next she crudely and rudely gave me my receipt. I want to ask the management. Is that how you train your front line staff? Ever ready to present her unprofessional services to her unknowing customers who are just there to make their purchases because they love your products. How could you allow such a staff degrade the quality of services that 4 leaves uphold? Honestly we, the customers don’t own this cashier anything at all. If she’s unhappy with her life/ job, there is no need for her to vent out her frustrations onto the innocent customers! She should just QUIT and let other better individuals with great attitude take on this job. Please look into this matter!

One of the more expensive chain bakeries in SG, up there with BreadTalk. They are one of the most creative of its kind too - keep an eye for their special edition or time-limited breads. My favorite is the 17-grain bread, which has a unique mouthfeel, texture, and smell (when heated) - the toast as a perfect morale booster to start the day.

They wouldnt let go of the plastic bag until they have put in the receipt.

At 26 Dec 2025 early in the morning at clementi mall outlet, there's a cashier's auntie she is so rude attitude, since she can't even understand a simple English sentence, she can ask her other staff for help but she refused to ask, keep on very angry scolding me and look at me, I already told her the payment method I'm using and I need all the receipt because I need to claims to someone.. she refused to give me and I have to keep on telling her non stop she also unable to understand... No choice I only can take it by myself for the counter , she suddenly very fast came toward me almost hit on my hand, really very scary!!! What's she trying to do?!! Luckily I keep my hand as fast as possible!! The buns there's so cold and dry and hard all my friends they have the same feedback ... The four leaves quality is dropped... Wasted my time and money... Horrible customer service and the buns... Not worth it...
