Munchi Pancakes

Very disappointing experience, particularly with the attitude and service of the staff. I arrived at around 8:10am and asked if the stall was open, as the Google business listing states that it opens at 8:00am. The staff simply told me, “No.” When I asked when they would be ready for sales, I was told I had to wait until she was done taking photos. She then continued taking photos from different angles while I stood there waiting. For customers heading to work in the morning, the expectation is straightforward: order, pay, collect and go. Asking a customer to wait while staff finish taking photos, after the stated opening time, is hardly reasonable. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I said I could not wait, she simply said “okay”, took one more picture and then walked over to the cashier. So was the stall actually unable to serve, or was taking photos simply being prioritised over serving a waiting customer? Opening hours should mean being ready to serve customers, not beginning preparations or content-taking at that time. The whole interaction came across as dismissive and showed very little consideration for the customer’s time. Management should seriously look into the service attitude and morning operating readiness at this outlet.

When you need a quick tasty and light pick me up snack, Munchi Pancakes is a good stall to consider. Located at level B1, opposite KFC, of Clementi Mall, it offers tasty traditional pancakes with a variety of the favourite flavours to choose, from red bean, to peanut, to pistachios. They even have Kaya Flavour. The prices are reasonable, starting from 1.90 and above. Go give it a try.

Tried the snacks from Mumchi Pancake and really enjoyed them! They were freshly made, delicious, and perfect for a quick bite. A special shoutout to the kakak at the counter—she was friendly, helpful, and served everyone with a smile. Her excellent service made the experience even better. I'll definitely come back again!

Highly recommend this outlet! Zara and Lola are incredibly friendly and seriously made my day so much better just by engaging in some warm small talk. On top of their amazing customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure I got my Munchi pancakes fresh and on time. Truly excellent service—I'll definitely be back!

Very very good pancakes! I bought pancakes in this store many times, tried flavours like Thai milk tea, Earl grey, Macha, Strawberry Cheese and Oreo Cheese. All taste very good and the portions are always generous. Today I bought a new Thai Milk Tea flavour one. Really love this pancake store!

Bought the charcoal min jiang kueh which is of peanut flavor and munchi pancake coconut flavor. Tasted good and will buy from here again!!

Apple cheese is so nice
