This cosy spot is perfect for slow afternoons & yapping seshs with your friends, paired with the most adorable pastries & cakes! 🍰☕️ Definitely worth trying their Pistachio Strawberry Basque - TIL strawberry and pistachio can be this addictive together! 💚💗The nutty pistachio flavour pairs perfectly with the light hint of sweetness from the pastel pink strawberry layer. The cake is rich & creamy, with a denser mouthfeel that I prefer in Basque cheesecakes to the gooey type! The Oreo Chocolate Chip Cake is a chocolate lover’s dream - every component from top to bottom is loaded with chocolate goodness! The Oreo crumble in the middle adds a perfect crunch against the fluffy chiffon base & choco cream~ The Matcha Strawberry was well-balanced, smooth & slightly sweet - one of the better ones in recent memory! Everything is so cute about this shop from its cakes to interior. The cakes can tell is made from high quality ingredients. Coffee is great as well!. Excellent service 👍 If you’re looking for good quality cakes definitely will recommend Halo. :)

Dropped by the newly opened Halo Café by Just Cakes Studio at NEWest for dessert. Tried the Tiramisu — decent flavor and texture, though a little pricey at $15. The design is simple, warm, and bright, creating a pleasant space to sit and unwind. Service was friendly and attentive, which added to the experience. A cozy new spot for an afternoon treat — refined desserts, good service, and inviting ambience, though prices lean premium. Rating: 4/5.

It was truly a great experience; the owner was very welcoming. The cake wasn't overly oily or sweet. You could tell the ingredients were of high quality. 👍

The coffee here is rich and reasonably priced. Very friendly bosses and staff member— feels like being at home and cozy.

Hope this low-profile but cute café be recognized by more residents in the west coast neighborhood. Customized cake with less sugar and super fresh cream. Extremely friendly owner. Coffee and macha are freshly made and tasty too!

My friend said there is a newly open bakery and we decided to try out. This shop gives us surprises. All the cakes look so nice and fresh. The cakes here also not too sweet and greasy. Feeling fresh of have the desserts. The portion is just nice. Good for itchy mouth that wants a small treats. Will definitely revisit again. The price is also very affordable.

Updated- Ordered a birthday cake for my son! They were accommodating and the cake was fresh, not too sweet and yummy! Everyone loved it! ❤️
