The desserts were absolutely delicious, too, but I’m so sad I couldn’t take photos because I was eating them so frantically. 🥹 They were even better than the famous desserts I’ve had in Korea, and in my opinion, I can confidently say they are Singapore’s No. 1 dessert! You could feel the care put into each dessert, and since each type has its own unique charm, you will be satisfied no matter which one you choose. Also, the owner and staff were incredibly friendly, so I was able to enjoy the experience even during the short time I was picking up my order. They attended to even the smallest details, leaving an even better impression. If you visit, be sure to try every type of dessert! You really won't regret it. I plan to try every other dessert one by one next time. 🤍 The desserts were absolutely amazing! I’m so sad I forgot to take photos because I was too excited to eat them. 🥹 Honestly, they were even better than many desserts I’ve had in Korea. In my opinion, this is easily the best dessert shop in Singapore! Every dessert is made with so much care, and each one has its own unique charm. No matter what you choose, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The owner and all the staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though I only stopped by for takeaway, they made the whole experience warm and pleasant with their friendly service. If you visit, make sure to try the desserts—and don’t stop at just one! They’re all worth trying, and I can confidently say you won’t regret it. Highly recommended! 🤍

Café ON:DO opened recently and is really worth a visit. The decor and ambience is simple and unassuming (i.e not very “aesthetic”) but that shouldn’t be a factor at all - the bakes are absolutely stellar. I tried almost everything on display and loooved them all! The butter tteok had fantastic textures - crisp outside and moist, chewy inside, with the perfect salt and caramel notes. My favourite was easily the lemon cake - humble looking, but bursting with bright flavours. One could definitely make out lemon zest in the cake, and the light, crumbly texture was a hit. The bakery does dine-in and takeways. We didn’t try their coffee or drinks but definitely would, at the next visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Shoutout to the big boss who was around on that day as well!

My second visit and just as wonderful as the first! The iced Americano and iced latte were both bold and clean — exactly what good coffee should taste like. The brownie and egg tart paired perfectly with the drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, the kind of place you don’t want to leave. The Korean owner runs the place personally and is incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s hard to find this level of quality in Singapore — highly recommend! Both the Americano and latte have a rich and clean flavor, and the brownie and egg tart pair well with the coffee. The scones were also delicious. I’m looking forward to the menu as they are currently developing new items. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, making it a space where you want to stay for a long time. The Korean owner runs the place personally and was so kind that I was able to enjoy my visit in a pleasant mood. It’s not easy to find a cafe of this quality in Singapore, so I highly recommend it!

Cafe Ondo is gonna be my new guilty pleasure place. Was hesitant to try the Korean retro latte cos was afraid it might be too sweet, but no it's GOOD! It's just lightly sweetened, and the coffee still stands out. Very smooth. Egg scone is like a deep dish egg tart, perfect for people who love more custard to crust. Also really good. My favorite is the lemon cake though. The cake itself isn't too sweet, and the icing is (it's icing, so it has to be) but it's also really tart/tangy. Plus it looks like a little lemon!!! 🍋💚

Was finding a place to kill time before my next appt. Came here on a Tuesday around 11 in the late morning and there isn’t any queue. Ordered myself a dirty matcha and a scone with cream cheese with a lil spring onion in it. I like that their Dirty matcha isn’t too sweet and enjoyed their scone - probably one of the yummiest I’ve had as it’s hard to find nice scones in SG. It’s crispy on the outside and complements well with the cream cheese with spring onions. The cream cheese reminded me a lil of LBM in Seoul. I also ordered two takeaways of the original and chocolate Madelines for my parents. I like that the cafe provided lemon water too (: Cafe is a lil small so it will probably get crowded over the weekend. Will be back again when I’m at Alexander area (:

Ordered strawberry scone, so nice and crumbly on the outside. Butter Tteok, so buttery with a perfect chew to it Egg tart (crumbly tart made with scone dough) super delicious and texture were both great inside out! Hazelnut latte (hot) soooooo aromatic and delicious, perfect sweetness On:do latte was less sweet but the cream was the highlight sweetness which was well balanced and perfect itself. Definitely will come back when I'm around the area. Parking $2+ per hour sheltered and cafe Aircon at a quiet and comfortable corner.

An Authentic Korean Cafe at Alexandra Central Mall. So thrilled to find on:do cafe, a newly opened spot run by Korean owners. You can immediately feel that genuine, aesthetic cafe vibe the moment you walk in. The bakes and drinks are flawless: The Strawberry Jam Scone is perfectly golden and crumbly, topped with sweet jam and a generous slab of butter. The Dark Chocolate Madeleine is incredibly rich and moist, with a smooth dark chocolate coating that gives a satisfying snap. Iced Matcha Latte is beautifully layered with a deep, earthy matcha flavor that pairs perfectly with the treats. It is such a cozy corner cafe with a minimalist and calm atmosphere, making it a great escape from the crowds. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back!
