% Arabica – Arab Street ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Some stops are routine in the best way, and this is mine. Whenever I’m in the area, I find my way back to % Arabica for my usual latte on their signature Arabica Blend. Set in a corner shophouse at the Baghdad Street end of Arab Street, it’s a cool white pocket of calm in one of the most colourful neighbourhoods in town. Outside, the old granite facade and lazily turning ceiling fans keep all that heritage charm, while white canvas blinds and a row of picnic-style tables on the terracotta tiles make it easy to settle in with a cup and watch Arab Street drift by. Step inside and it turns bright, airy and beautifully minimal. A long white counter glows softly along its base, and the exposed ceiling ducts and raw concrete column add just enough industrial edge. The showpiece is the wall above the bar, where glass cabinets are stacked with burlap coffee sacks, some stamped with the % mark and others printed with their origins. It’s decor with a story, and a quiet nod to the beans behind your cup. The baristas work with an unhurried calm, and the counter team greeted me with easy smiles, which always makes a morning run feel that much nicer. My latte arrived in the signature kraft cup, topped with a neat, symmetrical heart rosetta that’s almost too pretty to sip. And the Arabica Blend delivers exactly what I came for: a strong roast that’s rich, chocolatey and nutty, with the same old good taste I know and love. That consistency is what keeps me coming back, because the coffee tastes just as good across all their outlets. It fixes my caffeine crave every single time. Easily 5 stars from me.

If you need decaf coffee the % Arabica is where you need to get your coffee. It’s a Japanese coffee shop and I tried their coffee in Tokyo and it was elite. I’m finding it hard to get decaf in Singapore and % Arabica is one of the few places that has a selection of decaf coffees!

Tried the Spanish Latte and it was borderline perfection. Needed nothing else. The right level of sweetness for me. But it’s kind of priced for perfection too. You’re paying for the coffee since the seating area doesn’t invite dwelling.

I liked the coffee it was a good blend , but I would like that next time I feel the treatment a little more personal, but overall it was a good experience

“Heritage walls, modern brews, and a little Arab Street magic”. This heritage-era urban building now houses the first Singapore outlet of a Kyoto coffee brand Arabica% which opened there in 2019. The home of the best coffee in the world!

Absolutely recommend visiting this cafe. I was in Singapore and visited this % Arabica location three times! We tried the Kyoto latte and the Spanish latte, along with various pastries. Coffee is bold, aromatic and well-balanced with a selection of the best quality beans. Note that this place has a fairly limited seating area, however it is cosy and staff is very polite and friendly.

Your world class coffee ruined by sour service. I ranking this place on the beverage, it is a 5/5! Their signature blends are nutty, aromatic and expertly crafted. Unfortunately, when I stepped in (nearly to closing time) the front house staff look entirely miserable and fed up with their jobs. Ordering felt like a chore, and the team treated me as if they were deeply annoyed by my presence. It is a shame that such a premium brand with great products leaves such a bitter taste in my mouth due to hostile service.
