Alijiang 阿里疆 | Xinjiang Cuisine Restaurant

Alijiang brought back memories of my trip to Xinjiang with its bold, authentic flavours and hearty dishes. We ordered the Xinjiang Lamb Skewers, Cold Beef with Parmesan Cheese, Alijiang Grilled Lamb Cage, Xinjiang Fried Vermicelli with Chicken, Alijiang Dapanji, and an Apricot Drink. The lamb was tender and well-seasoned, while the fried vermicelli with chicken was spicy but incredibly addictive. The Dapanji was rich and comforting, and the apricot drink was a refreshing pairing. The restaurant is spacious and great for sharing a meal with family or friends. If you're looking to try authentic Xinjiang cuisine in Singapore, Alijiang is definitely worth a visit. Come with a group so you can order more dishes to share!☺️

The highlight? The Alijiang Grilled Lamb in Cage—tender, juicy and paired with sweet grilled pineapple for the perfect balance of flavours. 🍍🐑 Definitely a spot to visit with family and friends for great food, great company and an unforgettable dining experience 🤍

This restaurant truly deserves a five-star review! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attentive service; the staff were warm and attentive. The food was also superb; all the dishes I ordered were delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The ambiance was comfortable, clean, and tidy, making it suitable for both small gatherings with friends and family meals.

My friend requested to dine here for birthday - I wasn’t holding any expectations, but the signature lamb skewer was sooooo good! And I don’t even eat lamb usually! The grilled lamb skewers were marinated on poplar skewers, flame-kissed with cumin and chilli. Even the grilled pineapple slices served together were really juicy and tasty 😋 There was a surprise dance performance halfway through our meal🔥 So vibey!

We had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was incredibly savoury and packed with rich, authentic flavors. Every dish was well-prepared and absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, the restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere that is perfect for gatherings. It is spacious, welcoming, and has a great vibe for catching up with family or friends over a wonderful meal. Highly recommended for group dinners!

Ali Jiang is a total gem if you’re looking for a solid meal with a great vibe. The food is genuinely impressive—everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors are distinct without being overwhelming. You can tell they put a lot of care into the preparation, especially with the vegetable dishes which had that perfect wok-fired crunch. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service; the staff were super attentive and made us feel right at home without being overbearing. It’s rare to find a place that hits the mark on both the quality of the cooking and the hospitality, but they definitely nailed it!

Lunch was good! The food was tasty, portions were decent, and everything was served fresh. The staff were friendly, and the overall dining experience was pleasant. Would definitely come back for another meal.

Who does it better… Doris.is.me or Professional? 👀😂 Had the best throwback moment because this meal reminded me of my travels around Central Asia back in 2018 🥹✨ And honestly… I didn’t expect to find authentic Xinjiang cuisine like this in Singapore. From the smoky grilled lamb to the creamy homemade yogurt desserts, every dish felt super comforting and flavourful.
