Alijiang 阿里疆 | Xinjiang Cuisine Restaurant

A little taste of Silk Road without leaving Singapore. We visited Alijiang at VivoCity, serving Xinjiang-inspired Silk Road cuisine with lots of bold, aromatic flavours. My favourite is the “Dapanji” with stewed chicken, potatoes and noodles in a savoury sauce. Super tasty and the kind of dish I would happily order again. What we had: • Uae Salad • Grilled Lamb Chops • Alijiang “Dapanji” • Sautéed Cabbage with Crispy Pancake • Homemade Yogurt • Homemade Yogurt Glutinous Rice with Apricot • Homemade Apricot Tea of Liguang So many glorious flavours in one meal. ♥️

Alijiang brought back memories of my trip to Xinjiang with its bold, authentic flavours and hearty dishes. We ordered the Xinjiang Lamb Skewers, Cold Beef with Parmesan Cheese, Alijiang Grilled Lamb Cage, Xinjiang Fried Vermicelli with Chicken, Alijiang Dapanji, and an Apricot Drink. The lamb was tender and well-seasoned, while the fried vermicelli with chicken was spicy but incredibly addictive. The Dapanji was rich and comforting, and the apricot drink was a refreshing pairing. The restaurant is spacious and great for sharing a meal with family or friends. If you're looking to try authentic Xinjiang cuisine in Singapore, Alijiang is definitely worth a visit. Come with a group so you can order more dishes to share!☺️

A place at vivo with nice kid meal for my 2 year old. Delicious fried rice and chicken stick that my daughter like. Yoghurt is nice too

Not only are the lamb and Arabic food especially delicious, but the milk tea is also very good.
