12/10 Experience My two friends and I visited CUT by Wolfgang Puck to celebrate one of their birthdays, and to say it was phenomenal is an understatement. The cuts of meat were absolutely amazing—both the Wagyu trio sampler and the porterhouse Angus were cooked to absolute perfection. A massive shoutout to the sommelier, Lin Chang, whose wine pairing recommendations were both fun and incredibly educational. We loved the wine choices so much that they paired effortlessly and finished way too quickly with our steaks! The service here is world-class. Harry and the rest of the team were warm, friendly, candid, yet completely professional throughout the evening. To top it all off, their kind gestures and complimentary birthday treats were truly the icing on the cake. We had such a fantastic time and we already can’t wait to go back. If I could give this place a 12/10, I would!

Had dinner there with my family. Food itself was amazing and superb from starters to desserts the quality and taste was on point some of the best steaks ever had. Really recommend the crab cakes itself as well. However service was lacking in a way that as a one michelin star institution we werent paid any attention at all. We had to call the waiters 2-3 times just for a simple request of pouring water. Most requests were met with oh, just a minute and no one came. After being reprimanded then they only served us better. All in all food was perfect service really needs improvement as a michelin star institution

came here for a special occasion dinner and as two not-so-big eaters, we somehow still left extremely full mainly because of how generous they were with all the complimentary items throughout the meal the space itself was quiet and romantic, service was attentive throughout and they even helped store our bags at the entrance which was a nice touch. tables were slightly close together but still comfortable overall they started us off with assorted breads and butters which were warm and enjoyable, though the breadsticks were quite forgettable. afterwards they served complimentary scones which honestly felt more like fillers before the mains rather than something memorable the biggest surprise of the night was actually the complimentary cheeseburger sliders. genuinely soooo good and probably one of our favourite bites from the meal. the beef was tender, the buns were soft and everything came together really nicely for drinks, we tried their rough love cocktail which was recommended as their most popular one, but personally it leaned a bit too strong for us. probably better suited for people who enjoy stronger cocktails we also shared the peewee potatoes alongside the steak and these were really yummy. crispy on the outside, soft inside and very easy to snack on while sharing for the main, the staff recommended the usda prime bone in new york for two and the doneness was cooked nicely to medium rare with a good crust. however, considering the price, it did not leave a super lasting impression for us. still enjoyable overall, but not something i would specifically crave enough to return for they also gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was a really thoughtful touch even though we were way too full by then and had to takeaway most of it overall, i think this is worth trying once for a special occasion especially because of the attentive service and complimentary items throughout the experience. personally though, while we left satisfied, i don’t think it’s somewhere i would actively revisit

We celebrated a birthday and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the evening. The meal started strong with the tuna tartare and the white asparagus, both of which were super delicious and perfectly prepared. As for the main event, the ribeye steak was fantastic, easily one of the best we've had in Singapore! We were also pleasantly surprised by a complimentary pea soup that was amazing and champagne, while waiting on our drinks. The evening concluded with a birthday dessert plate and a selection of sweets - all delicious.

Thought of coming to CUT for a special occasion. Was served with the complimentary cheesepuffs as well as bread options, along with I'm guessing a mushroom/fungi/truffle butter? Butter options were alright, not bad compared to several other places but what really blown our minds were the cheesepuffs (you get 1 free re-fill I suppose?). Pillowy on the inside and the warm, fragrant buttery scent the instant it was being served. We struggled to listen to the staff giving us recommendations for the menu. The other bread and breadsticks were alright, pales in comparison with the cheesepuffs. We ordered the bone marrow flan and creamed spinach (both recommendations by the staff) as well as the "tasting platter" of American Wagyu & Japanese Wagyu New York strip cuts. Bone marrow flan was creamy, decadent but personally I prefer the bone marrow to be on its own without the flan. The mushroom marmalade was a good earthy flavour to combine with the bone marrow flan. Creamed spinach with sunny side-up, felt like a miss for us personally. Maybe because I like sunny side-ups with a crispy base and mixing one (without the crispy base) along with the gooey creamed spinach just felt a bit of a miss for me personally. BUT, it goes very well if you still have bread left or even with some of the sauces. Tasting platter was probably the second highlight of the night, especially the Japanese Hokkaido Wagyu (also seen with the suggested pairing of Yuzu Kosho Butter sauce). Definitely less meaty than the American Wagyu (both Snake River and Stone Axe) but the fat just made every slice of the steak so tender, juicy and flavourful. Dipping it in a little of fleur de sel was also a great way to enjoy the steak. CUT was also very generous with the anniversary celebration, with the dessert option that was sweet but not to the extent of overwhelmingly sweet. I did a comparison between the early CUT menu (5-6pm dining) and the main menu, felt like there wasn't much difference in the price especially if we were planning to try the wagyu options. Service staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Especially Hari(?) as well as one other female service staff that gave us a great experience for the night.

Came for the food, blown away by the service. Don’t get me wrong, the steak was amazing. We had the porterhouse to share, which was extremely delicious. I am a beef person, my partner isn’t. Yet after the meal he said it changed his mind on steaks. Onion rings are must order. They weren’t thick beer battered ones, more like a thin tempura coating. Very delicate and delicious. But the service blows us out of the water. The man attended our table and every staff we met were so professional. They had a guy standing by just to “guide” you to the bathroom??!? We ordered the apple salad to share, it came out pretty good-split and beautifully set on 2 plates?!? Amazing.

What better way than starting off with their gloriously thick, refined fried crab cake, with its crisp and golden-brown hues, along with the bright, cheery tomato relish and an aioli aromatic basil. The only grass fed beef on the menu was the great southern Australia little Joe, had 2 portions which was tender and juicy with its medium doneness. The bone marrow was thick and melt in your mouth as it disintegrated gloriously once devoured. Caramelised onions was interesting fried sparingly with whiff of spices, addictive as a snack, couldn’t stop munching

Great experience celebrating a birthday. The portions are BIG so be mindful of that when ordering. We ordered baby chicken with Ribeye steak and macaroni - all dishes were really well made but we could barely finished half. It might be also due to how delicious the fresh bread basket was, so good! Yes it’s not inexpensive, but since we don’t drink alcohol much, I find that the food is of great value given the portion size, location and how great the service is. Really excellent and attentive service by the staff at CUT. Everyone from the front of house, to the waiters, food runners and floor manager are very friendly and genuine with their service. Also, they give you a free parking coupon every table for the mall, which that in itself is already worth $20 lol Thank you for the great experience! We will be back
