Wild Honey

I’ve had great experiences coming to Wild Honey before and so I was excited to order my favourite dish. However, I was disappointed when the Turkish came without the one thing I was looking forward to - the Turkish Simit. Instead, I was given a normal bagel. I was not informed prior to ordering that it was out of stock, and it was only after the food arrived and I flagged down a server that I was told that they ran out. Don’t get me wrong, the food was still good, but I just wish I was informed earlier about the replacement/that they ran out so I could have tried a different dish instead, especially considering the price and wide variety of dishes they have. Although it has never been cheap, I had enjoyed coming here because the unique food and quality service had made the price worth it. However, after this experience I’m just not sure if I’m willing to come back anymore. Looking back, it’s not that big of a deal, but I still wish that someone had said something in the beginning instead of promises after the fact.

Brought my in-laws who are in town to visit here for a Friday lunch. Atmosphere was great and the service/assistance rendered by Maxx was beyond expectations. Totally elevated our lunch experience here. Food wise, the recommendations by Maxx was also wonderful. Will definitely return again.

Had a lovely dinner at wild honey, which has a cosy, softly lit vibe that feels great for a relaxed catch-up or casual date night. Rei was especially friendly and took great care of us throughout. We had the Norwegian salmon toast and the Reuben-style sandwich, plus a flat white. The salmon was especially well put together—creamy, savoury and fresh, with every component working in harmony without becoming too heavy. The sandwich was generously filled and satisfying too. At $82 for two, it felt like a pretty fair little treat for the food, service and atmosphere.

Always a delight dining here . Extensive menu and most of the items are customisable to your taste and preferences. The iced latte is great. And it’s open at 9am. The front of the house and the service staff are attentive and very kind.

Danish maaaaan a precise amazing server. 5 stars for heem. Wild honey maaan where can I start. This places so close to my heart so nostalgic when I visit my Kuya when he studied in SMU wild honey always welcomes my family w open arms since when I was a kid. Wild honey man is an INSTITUTION amazing food amazing adapting nice design all around kabayan manager. When I go SG for bizness in the future Wild honey is a must go it is simply essential all around amazing travelled 35% of the world and all I think about is nostalgic wild honey @ mandagrily

Back to Wild Honey at Mandarin Gallery after so many years, and I must say the experience has improved significantly. The biggest difference was the service. From the moment we arrived, we were assigned a dedicated crew member who looked after us throughout the meal, making the experience feel much more personalised. We were also thoughtfully seated in a comfortable corner, which made the brunch even more enjoyable. As someone who can be quite particular (or judgy, if I'm being honest) about customer experience, that definitely earned extra points. The food was beautifully presented, portions were generous, and every dish was well executed with fresh, quality ingredients. It was evident that care had gone into both the preparation and presentation. It's great to see a restaurant not only maintaining its food quality but also raising the bar on its hospitality. Safe to say it won't take me another few years before my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality brunch with attentive, personalised service.

Extremely disappointing experience, not because of the food, but because of the service. A male staff member came to our table while my friend and I were chatting and asked whether we were ordering food. He then told us that if we weren’t ordering food, he would move us to another area, possibly the bar seating. We had already ordered coffee and drinks, and since we had just finished lunch, we were considering ordering cake or food later. Regardless of the restaurant’s policy, the way he spoke to us was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. As paying customers, we shouldn’t be made to feel pressured or treated as though we didn’t deserve a table simply because we hadn’t ordered food immediately. I was so upset that I asked to cancel our entire order and told him we would be leaving. Only then did he ask us to stay. What made this experience even more disappointing is that the female waitress, Jaan (apologies if I’ve remembered her name incorrectly), was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, polite, and provided excellent service throughout. I was genuinely planning to come back for brunch in the future, but after this experience, I’ll definitely think twice. One rude staff member can completely ruin what could have been a pleasant visit.
