MERCI MARCEL ORCHARD

Amazing service! The food was delicious and it was worth every penny. Nice ambient and was there for a bridal party! Huge shoutout to the team for taking good care of us. We were seated facing the large glass window and there was a guy who kept taking photos of us (we were a group of 5 ladies). We told the staff and they went out to speak to the individual. It was really commendable and we really appreciate them going out of their way to help us feel more comfortable dining there. Thank you to the team for looking out for us! FYI we were there on 16 Aug evening, dinner time.

My husband and I were waiting at the entrance for a seat. This woman, taking her own sweet time chatting to two westerners for few minutes. Even after we told her that her job is was to escorting us to a table, she starred at us with a long face and continued chatting and ignoring us. So we changed to French Fold opposite and will never visit this restaurant again.

Came here for a very early breakfast with my sister, and we enjoyed our time despite the hiccups. Coffee is always lovely with Merci Marcel, and food is generous with quality ingredients. We got the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and a warm croissant. The music inside is a little too loud but it isn't a dealbreaker. We aren't rushed, and had a relatively comfortable booth. The service, however, left much to be desired. Our table was not cleared until we asked, and we were repeatedly skipped by the staff who would hurry to clear and serve the only other table there (2 expats). There was also a Caucasian waiter who rudely and coldly told me to "use the QR code" when I asked for the bill before huffing and walking off - that left me a little surprised when he was smiling and warm to literally everyone else (maybe it's silly but another staff took our order verbally, so we didn't know about the QR code. If I knew to use the QR code to pay, I wouldn't have asked at all mate). I frequent the Tiong Bahru branch a lot, and based on this experience, I think I'll just stick to them from now.

Good experience, but I wouldn't visit again. We came here for the French toast based on Google recommendations, but we were disappointed. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't live up to our expectations. The coffee wasn't the best either.

We had a meal here and it was really nice, with a comfortable atmosphere. Our server for the night was Steven and he was extremely attentive and helpful in his recommendations! We had a great night!

The place is aesthetic and calming for anyone to dine-in at! I was served by one of the managers, Steven, and had a pleasant experience at this branch! Don’t be shy to ask questions as they are very friendly and informative :) *for my truffle pasta, although I was gladly given extra cheese, he also checked up on me and asked if I needed more (very friendly!) * I ordered a hot chocolate and got such an amazing art design on top! Can say they’ve got artsy staff~

Had such a lovely time at Merci Marcel Orchard! The food was delicious and the whole place had a really nice, chill vibe. We sat at the patio, which can get a little warm on a humid day, but the ambience still made it enjoyable. It’s a great spot for a bachelorette party or celebration. We were also surprised with a complimentary cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. Shoutout to our server, Steven, for being so kind and attentive throughout our meal!

Celebrating our anniversary, we were walking by Orchard and found this place , it was a nice place to chill and they serve good food. Excellent service provide by the team , kudos to Steven , Sharmila, Sherry which make our date much better! Will definitely come back again
