Came here for a weekend lunch as I saw the online promotion of their burger and free flow fries, which sounded too-good-to-be-true but was indeed a real deal with no hidden strings attached. It was very empty even though it was a weekend and located in central Singapore. We tried the Angus beef as well as the portobello mushroom burgers, and also mala and truffle fries. We also ordered a pornstar martini to pair with the food. The burgers were juicy and delicious, and the fries were served warm. Mala and truffle was a good mix, and the former was not too spicy. Before we could even finish our first serving of the fries, service crew Daya was already prepared to provide us with a hot refill without us requesting for it. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with him initiating the refill. The portions were super generous and I guarantee you will leave the restaurant with your bellies full. Also a special shout-out to Daya, who was very kind and friendly throughout the entire time. There was another family diner with a young toddler. One time the toddler started crying and making a fuss, Daya again took the initiative to approach the overwhelmed family to calm down the child and even took out colouring paper and pencils to distract the child. Even though I was not part of their family, it was heartwarming to see such great service in a restaurant.

We were here to try their newly launched burgers & frites with free-flow fries! The four of us got to try different burgers, including the Chicken, Angus Beef, and Portobello Mushroom burgers, alongside Mala, Truffle, and Original fries. Surprisingly, we loved the vegetarian burger (Portobello Mushroom) the most. The chicken patty was well grilled with a nice charred aroma, while the beef patty was juicy and cooked to just the right doneness. The fries were well seasoned, and even the original fries were fried to perfection and crispy. They also have a pet-friendly outdoor seating area, making it a great place for fries lovers to enjoy this lunch deal, especially when hanging out with friends. Despite the lunch peak and the staff being fully occupied, they were friendly and approachable. They just needed a few reminders if they happened to miss our requests for assistance.

SOLID place to have some drinks with your date! I do recommend its alfresco seating area so you can people watch while getting tipsy on their drinks! Drinks are great, amazing promo, such as the 1-for-1 deals. Staffs are attentive and friendly!! Special shoutout to Gavin and Mimi, you guys truly made my night better with your superb service.

Signature Chargrilled Chicken Burger Rating: 8/10 The star here is the chargrilled chicken which was well seasoned with a gorgeous smoky char on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside.That contrast in texture is exactly what you want, and they nailed it.The soft, pillowy bun tied everything together without overpowering. Simple, balanced, and done right. XO Sauce King Prawn Capellini Rating: 9/10 Easily the highlight of the meal. The pasta soaks up the rich,and flavourful XO sauce beautifully, while the king prawns were fresh and springy with that satisfying firm snap. Bold, flavourful, and leaves you scraping the bowl clean. Easily my favourite dish of the night. Rossini Rating: 6.5/10 Looks stunning in the glass but leans a little too sweet for my liking. Refreshing enough, but could use better balance. Great if you enjoy fruity sparkling cocktails though. Bourbon Peach Smash Rating: 8/10 Mildly sweet with peach and lemon upfront, rounded off nicely by the bourbon's bitter, woody aftertaste. Refreshing and well-balanced, the kind of drink you finish without realising. TLDR - Chicken burger was succulent and flavourful. - Pasta was soft and delicious. - Drinks paired well with the ambience. Overall: 8/10 Solid food, decent drinks, and a live band that turns dinner into a proper night out. Come for the XO prawn capellini, stay for the atmosphere. Would I come back? Absolutely.

The waiter, David is so friendly and helpful The band is amazing too. I requested a song which they have never performed before. They managed to master the song during the break and performed in their 2nd set Kudos to David, Jeyme and Romey!

I’ve been a long-time fan of their cocktails & stunning space, & I’m so glad their lunch vibes are just as enjoyable (+ wallet-friendly) !! By night, it comes alive with live performances by talented local musicians, but by day, it’s calm, cosy & ideal for slow catch-ups. (ps: their outdoor area is pet-friendly — bring your fur babies & get 10% off) We had their Chicken & Quinoa Salad, & I liked how this was wholesome without feeling heavy !! Contains tender sous-vide chicken, avocado, veg, beans & finished w cheddar, chipotle & chimichurri. Roasted Beetroot Toast was well-made, crispy, earthy & sweet-savoury beetroot-puréed sourdough, topped w shaved parmesan, greens, extra virgin olive oil & a honey drizzle. Rendang Duroc Pork Chop was mildly spiced, rich & lemak rendang sauce over tender duroc pork collar went so well tgth !! Pork chop isn’t usually my first pick, but I kept reaching out for more. Came w pickled veg & herb-roasted baby spuds. Mushroom & Spinach Spaghetti was chunky local-farmed mushroom & spinach in a cream sauce w al dente spaghetti, nice portions & honestly nothing to fault. Chendol Panna Cotta was a lovely local take, dense & rich in coconut milk, topped w red bean, gula melaka & pandan cendol jelly. Black Sesame Oatmilk Cafe Latte was well balanced, but my fav has to be their Pistachio Oatmilk Cafe Latte for how well the nuttiness from pistachio went well w the latte !! Acid Bar is such a great spot if you’re looking for a cosy, relaxed atmosphere to unwind. The lighting and warm vibe make it super inviting, whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying live music. The food was surprisingly fantastic—flavorful, cooked well, and paired great with drinks. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
