I used to enjoy the steaks here but today changed my mind and I will not be returning ever again because of the horrible service that the 2 staffs at 5pm+ served me. When I asked for her name she refused to say because she knows she did something wrong. How can you tell a customer it is their duty to check the order because you did not inform me that mash potato is a separate charge? When I had to take a photo of the place because I couldn’t catch the names of the 2 rude workers, see the cameras on how they stare at me like gangsters and lined up at the counter. So many workers but all cannot work, no wonder the restaurant so empty hahahh

Food is always of good quality, ever since my first visit years ago! 👍🏼 Today I am especially touched by the service of their staff - it was my turn to enter the doctor’s office opposite the cafe (I didn’t expect to be my turn so fast), and I had to leave my food & coffee for a while before returning to eat. When I returned to the cafe, the service staff Ms. Kay made a fresh cup of latte for me. She kept my food until I came back. Thank you so much for this warmth & hospitality! It makes a difference especially when one is not feeling well 🙏❤️

Shocked to find a big piece of egg shell in my truffle bacon spaghetti. Passed the egg shell in a spoon, staff took and showed to kitchen staff. No apologies and treated like it happened before. Disappointed with the standard. Should have taken photo of the egg shell to post here.😣 Didn’t finish the food coz I felt uncomfortable eating it.

Butter milk pancake combo came with burnt bacon that can break a tooth and stop a heart. Coffee was not nice and expensive. Overall experience was decent only at best, helped by friendly staff.

We had a good breakfast on a Sunday morning. The service was prompt, food and drinks were served with minimal waiting. I opted for over-easy eggs and it could be a lot better, so was a bit disappointed with that. We also ordered the pulled pork and it was good.

Travelled all the way from sembawang to punggol to try out this cafe. The food and service does not disappoint us. We ordered the truffle mushroom soup, full of mushroom bits and taste of truffle. We got the pulled pork benedictine and strawberry French toast. Highly recommend to chill at this spot for morning breakfast.

Great place for a sunrise breakfast. Celebrate Father's Day at the cafe. Friendly staff.

A little disappointed that the milk shake have to pay extra when order via app that did not indicate any amt for milk shake with a set. Another little disappointment due to not having vanilla as the classic milkshake choice of most restaurants with milkshakes. End up with strawberry milkshake and it was mixed with some syrup to make one. When the carbonara was served, it was served with a thumb touching the gravy / sauce that was on the edge of plate but linked with rest of the food inside the plate. Just beo the cctv should be able to see that. Or at least see me wiping away (pathetic attempt from me anyway) the touched portion. Wife did say that the carbonara tasted ok. Fries was ok.
