The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Had an early dinner here and tried the Hawaiian pizza with watermelon lychee and pure salted caramel drinks. The drinks were the highlight – refreshing, well-balanced and very enjoyable. The environment is comfortable and pleasant, making it a nice spot to relax. However, the Hawaiian pizza lacked authenticity in flavour and could be improved in terms of taste and character. Being located on Level 2 also means it lacks crowd energy and visibility, which makes the place feel a little quiet. Overall, a decent experience mainly saved by the excellent drinks and ambience, but the food needs improvement to justify a higher rating.

Visited on a Friday morning and it was not that crowded. Cozy cafe with nice staff. Managed to get these cute Hello Kitty mugs and the staff allowed me to check each cup before making payment.

brought a breakfast set which which comes with a set and cafe latte at $8.50. changed my drink to a regular hazelnut latte and got charged $4. small cafe latte cost $6.80 and regular hazelnut is $8.20 but i got charged $4 extra. not sure how so. anyone getting this pls take note. better to not upside and get another coffee sandwich at same price.

This was the best dining experience I’ve had with this brand. Compared to my past visits at Nex and J8, where the service was far below average, today’s crew really stood out. Please keep it up and consider rewarding both of them for their excellent work during this shift.

I love the vibe of this location. Not many people and is conducive to study or get any work done. Their coffee and cakes are pretty average and nothing much to comment about. It will be my go to place if I want a peaceful time to get my work done

I go to this place at least three times a week to never come back . The morning staff , a Malay lady was extremely rude and in a bad apparent mood , not greeting a customer when you are in service line, shows that you might considère another avenue. Although the manager is always helpful, having staff of this level of rudeness will bring a business down for certain . A less you like to be poorly or not greeted, please go to this coffee bean ….

Lol got kicked out and reason was because theres one hour dining time and wnated to give the table for other customers when the store was at least half EMPTY and there are others whos been there longer than me (like 4hours) but the worker only specifically told me to get out. Ive never experienced this with this outlet of coffeebean but wdym youre only ask ME to leave when firstly the place is atleast half empty, and im not the only one whos been there for more than an hour infact there were people who were there longer than me
