update as of 6 apr 2026: went back to my fave bar and ordered a white russian off the menu, however depending on who the bartender is, you might get something thats different from your last visit. the white russian this evening was not the same (i prefer mine with that layer of sea salt cream (?) but thankfully the bartender who knew how to do this came in later that evening so i was relieved that i could get another of what i do like. to sum it up: amazing bar, good vibes, service with a personal touch, fantastic cocktails, no words 😮‍💨

Visited Shin Gi Tai and was really impressed by the creativity behind their drinks. The cocktails are unique and fully customisable based on your preferences, which makes the experience feel personal and exciting. We tried the Christmas special peanut butter rum and the Tom Yum cocktail — both were incredibly inventive, delicious, and well balanced. You can tell a lot of thought and skill goes into every drink they craft. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to be surprised again by their open-ended menu! Highly recommend for anyone who loves a great cocktail adventure.

This bar is definitely a must visit. I don’t think I had a reservation but I do come in on the earlier side of the evening. The bartenders are super friendly and great with recommendations. I got something along the lines of an old fashioned, and my friend got something along the lines of a negroni, and both were amazing. Enough for us to split a 3rd drink. Loved the vibe in this place and the super awesome bar behind the bartenders. Highly recommend!

Private and cosy setting, with customised drinks made by the friendly bartenders. Really love the whole dining experience, both food and drinks are great!

Intimate setting, enjoyed my lychee bee, which had depth, nice mild bitterness at the end. Snacks and water replenished promptly. Bartenders were friendly yet unobtrusive. Will be back.
